我們這裡有一位大姐,有失眠疾病,跟著大家走八卦,姿勢一點也不標準,5-6天的時間,晚上就能睡好覺了,她非常高興。感恩師父傳授八卦內功!!!

我自小體質寒涼,醫生說不宜懷孕的,一個緣份接觸菩提禪修後,一開始我修大光明身體好了很多,後來又修了八卦內功,幾個月後身體體質變溫熱,還懷孕了。現在寶寶非常健康可愛,感恩八卦內功,感恩師父。

對於八卦內功我也是信心滿滿!我是去年五月走八卦到現在,大腿變有力很多,在外面上公共廁所蹲馬步,不會蹲到腳抖了(哈哈),而且生理期時,整個人又煩又累又睡不好,腳會麻到睡不著,現在,改善很多,我想這都歸功於八卦內功的妙法。

富添師兄是我們八卦組的唯一男隊友,七十歲出頭,走八卦一年半。之前身體不好,每天要打胰島素,飯前打針兩次,血糖也是高到146以上。現在不打針了,血糖降低到106左右,大肚腩也沒有了,精氣神身體各方面也改善很大。八卦也叫他愛不釋手,欲罷不能。

最近在公園走八卦,有位大姐來鍛煉,我讓她和我一起走八卦,才走八卦不到一個星期,她今天告訴我個好消息,說她多年前就感覺自己的左鼻孔,總感覺有小小東西堵著,昨天她說從鼻子裡出來兩根像線一樣的東西,她用手還摸了一下,有點硬,她馬上感覺鼻子一下子順暢了,真是太棒啦!還有她走八卦之前的手,是冰冷的,可是今天她走完八卦告訴我,她能感覺到能量從她的肩部一點一點到手,手熱乎乎的,不冰冷了,祝福這位姐姐健康長壽快樂,非常感恩師父每天的加持和護佑!八卦走一走活到九十九!想要健康的朋友們,速來菩提禪修吧!

Meditation Journal 1. No Frivolous Spending – Just Super Vitality
Before I started practicing Energy Bagua, I experienced low productivity at work, especially in the afternoon. My mind could not focus. I felt mentally drained, and could not follow the discussions with my colleagues. Now, I can easily manage my work assignments, take on one more part-time assignment, plus volunteer at Bodhi Meditation Center over the weekends.

Meditation Journal 2. Escape from Insomnia
We have an elder sister who suffered from chronic insomnia. She started practicing Energy Bagua with us. Despite her poor form, within 5 – 6 days of practice, she enjoyed better sleep and was elated. Most grateful to Master for imparting Energy Bagua to us!!!

Meditation Journal 3. My Energy Bagua Baby
I had a weak constitution since young, and was predisposed to the cold. The doctor had advised that it would be difficult for me to conceive. Through positive affinity, I was acquainted with Bodhi Meditation. I started practicing the Meditation of Greater Illumination with significant results to my health, and subsequently supplemented with the Energy Bagua. Within months, my constitution improved – my body felt warmer than before, and I got pregnant. Now, my baby is very healthy and lovely. Most grateful to Energy Bagua and to Master.

Meditation Journal 4. Energy Bagua Strengthens my Legs
I have absolute confidence in Energy Bagua. Since May last year, I started practicing Energy Bagua. My legs are much stronger, and no longer tremble when I use those squat-type public toilets (ha ha!). Also, I used to be frustrated, experience fatigue and leg numbness during my menstrual period, resulting in poor sleep. The conditions have improved tremendously now, and I attribute it to the Energy Bagua.

Meditation Journal 5. The Joy and Exhilaration at Rejuvenation
Energy Bagua eradicated my 13 years of health issues -backache, insomnia, frequent urination, tinnitus, limb weakness, leg cramps, and heart palpitations. After practicing for a year and a half, my problems were unexpectedly and mostly healed. Also, I pleasantly lost 28kg of weight. I’m grateful to Master for my liberation and rejuvenation.

Meditation Journal 6. My gastric problems are finally cured
I have a teacher who is over 60 years of age. Due to his excessive drinking habit, his stomach suffered and medication was of little use. I provided him with instructions for practicing Energy Bagua and taught him. He had to rise early for work and thus had to practice at home. While his moves were not perfect, his gastric problems went away shortly. Energy Bagua is most amazing! It’s divine! Immense gratitude to Master!

Meditation Journal 7. Recovered from years of Diabetes
Futian is the only male practitioner in our Energy Bagua group, over 70 years of age, and has practiced for a year and a half. Previously, his health was poor. He needed to have insulin injections twice daily before meals, as his blood sugar levels were high, at above 146. Now, he no longer needs the injections, as the blood sugar levels have normalized to around 106. He has also lost his pot belly, along with major improvements to his spirits and health. Energy Bagua has also made him a convert, as he truly relishes the practice.

Meditation Journal 8. Incredible energy circulates the whole body
Recently, an elderly lady joined us in Energy Bagua at the park. Having practiced for barely a week, she shared a piece of good news with us. She had always experienced blockage at her left nostril, and felt that there was something in there. Whilst practicing one day, two thread-like objects were expelled from her nostril. She felt them; they were rather hard though what was amazing was the sense of relief and that she could now breathe smoothly! Her hands also used to feel cold before she started Energy Bagua. However, after today’s session, she could feel the energy circulate gradually from the shoulders to her hands, warming her hands that are no longer icy cold. Best wishes to her – may she enjoy great health, longevity, and happiness, and immense gratitude to Master’s blessings and care! Energy Bagua gives one vitality to 99 years! Is it happiness, wealth or family?
Let’s hear their meditation journal:

1, Yanyan Yao from Penang is almost blind in her right eye.
Doctor advised her to operate her eye or she will eventually lose the eyesight on her right. But she has no confidence to go for the operation.

2, Chen Yuru, 18 years old from Kuantan.
She lacked confidence and trembled when people look at her.
When on stage to deliver a speech, she dared not look at people’s eyes, and words failed her.
“I searched the Internet for solutions to social phobia”, she said.

3, “I was afraid of losing her” said a male practitioner.
His wife, Lisi Hugang had a chronic condition.
On Mother’s Day, she experienced extreme discomfort and he rushed her to the hospital.
On the way, she was in immense pain and told him repeatedly to take good care of their child.
“I was afraid, very afraid to lose her.” he said.

“I’ve been experiencing perpetual tummy bloat even though I do not eat. During dinner, I only consume two or three table spoons of rice and am worried. I enquired around for beauty salons and spent a few hundred thousand and yet my tummy remains the same.
The bloating comes and goes.
The doctor’s diagnosis indicated that it was water retention and I was constantly searching for remedies for my body to recuperate back to health.
On the third day of the Retreat, I lost 3kg from my weight of 81kg.
I continued to practice The Meditation of Greater Illumination after our 8.5-day retreat as my water retention issue has largely disappeared.
Up till today, which is around 2 1/2 – 3 months after the class, I lost about 6 kg and my spirit is very upbeat.

A home is sustained by continued efforts
A warm home requires sincere management from the heart!

Located in the beautiful South Taiwan, Longsheng Bodhi Meditation Center has been opened for two-and-a-half years to date. The center’s smooth operation is due to the concerted efforts of everyone; your generous dedication and contributions to cater for a larger and warmer home for people living in this area, to provide a more comfortable place to practice, help more people who are suffering from illnesses, and provide a sense of hope, a ray of light.

Remember my aspiration for the Longsheng Bodhi Meditation Center:
“Auspicious opening, blessed with Buddha’s illumination; help those in peril, and benefit sentient beings; (may) Bodhi practitioners accumulate merits universally; practice the Bodhi path, and gain complete enlightenment.”

As the maxim go, “grasp the world in a flower, seek Bodhi in a leaf”

Located in the beautiful South Taiwan, Longsheng Bodhi Meditation Center has been opened for two-and-a-half years to date. The center’s smooth operation is due to the concerted efforts of everyone; your generous dedication and contributions to cater for a larger and warmer home for people living in this area, to provide a more comfortable place to practice, help more people who are suffering from illnesses, and provide a sense of hope, a ray of light.

Remember my aspiration for the Longsheng Bodhi Meditation Center:
“Auspicious opening, blessed with Buddha’s illumination; help those in peril, and benefit sentient beings; (may) Bodhi practitioners accumulate merits universally; practice the Bodhi path, and gain complete enlightenment.”

As the maxim go, “grasp the world in a flower, seek Bodhi in a leaf”

吃肉=吃毒?

我的學員中有從事「畜牧業」的,他們說有些飼養者會在飼料中添加很多合成的配方,或者是不符合自然規律的添加物,這些成分對動物造成了很大的傷害,人們長期食用也會危害身體健康。下面我提出幾個看法給大家參考看看。。 。

第一、2015年10月26日,世界衛生組織正式發布消息,將加工肉列為「一級致癌物」,而紅肉也是2A級致癌物,並指有研究發現進食加工肉和紅肉與大腸癌、胰臟癌及前列腺癌等疾病有關連。
.
第二、在一九六一年「美國醫藥學會」會刊就曾報導:「素食至少可以預防百分之九十到九十七的心臟病。」
.
第三、除了人類健康之外,少吃肉還能减少一半温室氣體排放。
牛津大學統計了英國5萬多人的飲食資料,並計算出相應的飲食碳足跡,結果發現:如果每天吃超過100克肉的肉食主義者改做素食,他們飲食碳足跡將減少60%,相當於每年減少1.5噸二氧化碳排放。即便不選擇完全素食,碳排放也將減少三分之一,相當於每年減少近1噸的二氧化碳。(以上請參考下方原始連結)

綜合以上提出的問題告訴我們:
「多吃蔬菜、水果、穀物的草食型飲食習慣者」,健康情況比肉食型飲食習慣者好得太多。

所以,「少吃肉」,既健康又環保,「健康蔬食」,不僅能拯救你的健康,還可以拯救地球。

Consuming meat product = taking poison?

I have students who are engaged in “animal husbandry”. They said that some breeders will add a lot of synthetic formula in the feed, some do not meet the additives regulations. These ingredients caused harm not only to animals, but humans as well. The long term effects to our health after consuming them is detrimental. Here I put forward a few opinions for everyone to ponder.

1. In October 26, 2015, the World Health Organization officially released news that processed meat is listed as a “first-class carcinogens”, and red meat is grade 2A carcinogens. The study found that having large intestine cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer and other diseases are related to eating processed and red meat.

2. In the 1961 issue of the American Medical Association’s journal, it was reported that “vegetarianism can prevent at least ninety to ninety-seven percent of heart diseases.”

3. Not only does vegetarianism improve our health, it can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by half.
Statistics done by Oxford University on dietary habits of more than 50,000 people in Britain and their corresponding carbon footprint showed that: If a person who eats more than 100 grams of meat daily were to convert to vegetarianism, their dietary carbon footprint will be reduced by 60%, resulting in an annual reduction of 1.5 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. Even if you do not choose to be a complete vegetarian, carbon emission will be reduced by one third, equivalent to an annual reduction of nearly 1 ton of carbon dioxide. We can conclude from the above that:

The benefits of a vegetarian diet of mainly vegetables, fruits, cereals, far outweighs a meat diet.
Therefore, not only is being a vegetarian healthier, it is also environmentally friendly because we are helping to save both ourselves and our planet Earth.

不再讓情緒綁架你的生活

我的家鄉有一位老先生,是一位修行很好的人,他是捉神弄鬼的傳統門派,挺厲害的。
.
有一天,一個太太牙痛去找他,我正好到他家去,太太說:「我吃了兩顆止痛藥都沒用,你這麼厲害,能不能幫幫我?」

老先生卻問:「你這兩天是不是生氣了?」
太太說:「是啊,三天前我生氣了。」
.
因為老先生有天眼通,能夠看到牙痛的真正原因。原來這個太太大發雷霆,把先生給趕跑了,因為生氣,整個火氣都跑到嘴巴裡,又痛又腫的。
.
老先生看出端倪後,要她盡情地宣洩一下心中的怒氣,於是她就講自己有多好,但是先生卻不愛她、不管她、不顧她之類的事情。嘮叨完了之後,老先生說:「好了,現在你到河邊去泡泡腳,唱兩首歌。」
.
太太說:「這……這樣就能好了嗎?」
老先生說:「是啊!你照做就是了,你必須在那兒泡一段時間,唱幾首歌後才可以回家。」這位太太照做了,牙痛也真的就好了。
.
之後我也問了這個太太,她說:「這方法真的很有用。」
你們想想,這究竟是什麼道理呢?
.
其實,老先生是用最道地、傳統的方法,第一個是發洩情緒,再加上河水;水為陰、為涼,他用水來撲滅火,腳上如果冰涼的話,是最容易退火的。
.
我們都知道荔枝、龍眼這些水果很容易上火,我到廣東時,當地人告訴我,最好的方法就是一邊把腳泡在小河裡,一邊吃荔枝。我真的試過,也真的有效。情緒的好壞會導致很多問題。
.
事實上,很多致命的疾病,譬如癌症、腦血管破裂、中風、心臟病等等,都和情緒有關,一生氣一激動,血壓就上升,疾病也跟著浮現了。
.
我們回憶一下《紅樓夢》中的林黛玉是怎麼死的?她是抑鬱而死的,也就是內在經絡全部都封閉了,她能不死嗎?
.
所以,如果內在不健康,外在也健康不起來。

Don’t let your emotions destroy your life

There was a well-mannered and knowledgeable old man in my village, known to solve problems with ingenious methods.

One day when I was in his house, an old lady came to see him with a toothache. The old lady said: “I took two painkiller pills but my tooth is still aching. Since you’re so capable, can you help me?”

Old man asked: “Have you been having bad temper lately?”
Old lady replied: “Yes, I’ve been angry in the last three days.”

As the old man had the gifted ability to see the actual cause of the ache, he knew that the old lady had a row with her husband and chased her husband out of the house. She was so angry that her temper had caused her the toothache, which no pain-killer could cure.

As the old man knew the actual cause of the toothache, he first tried to relieve the old lady’s pain by letting her vent her frustration about how her husband had stopped loving her even though she was such a good wife. When the old lady finally finished, the old man told her to soak her legs in the river and also sing two songs.

“Is that all it takes to cure me?” the old lady asked with much curiosity.
“Yes, that is all. I want you to take your time soaking your legs in the river, and sing a few songs before you head home.” the old man advised with confidence.

The old lady did what the old man told her to do and soon she was relieved of her toothache.

When I chanced to meet the old lady, she told me: “The old man’s method was effective!”

So how did it work?

Actually, the old man merely used the most authentic, traditional way of first allowing one to vent his emotions and then, using water to ameliorate unwanted internal heat. If your legs are soaked in water and hence become cooler, it can ward off or counter-balance the internal heat in the body.

The fruits Lychees and Longan are popular in Guangzhou but are known to cause internal heat in the body. When I went to Guangzhou, the locals shared that we can still enjoy the fruits if we have our legs soaked in water to counter the internal heat when consuming them. I tried and it was really effective. Emotions, either positive or negative, can have negative consequences on our health.

In fact, many deadly diseases such as cancer, hemorrhage, heart attack and stroke are closely linked to emotions. Once we get angry, our blood pressure increases, triggering the beginning of many illnesses.

This was how Lin DaiYu, the famous character in Chinese classics “Dream of the Red Chamber” died, owing to her emotions – depression. All her internal meridian are closed, how can she live?

Hence, we should learn to manage our emotions, and not let bad temper destroy our health and life.

【芒種忙,心清爽】

芒種是夏季的第三個節氣,表示仲夏時節的正式開始,太陽到達黃經75°。今年在陽曆6月5日。
.
芒種的諧音是「忙種」,芒種的「芒」字,是指麥類等有芒植物的收穫;芒種的「種」字,是指穀黍類作物播種的節令。意思是說夏熟的芒作物這時要抓緊收,下一輪要種的作物要抓緊種,所謂「春爭日,夏爭時」,因為麥子稍微收得晚些,就可能遇到暴雨、冰雹、龍捲風等極端天氣,使熟成的收成毀於一旦或造成嚴重損失;而要種的作物晚一天都可能到秋季長不熟,令收成大減。所以芒種這個節氣最能體現古人「依天時而動」的智慧。

芒種時節,各種瓜果蔬菜相繼上市,是瓜果蔬菜最豐盛的季節,如:櫻桃、桃子、草莓、桑葚等等,這些應時的天然美食也正是適合我們夏季身體所需要的——敗火解暑熱。但有過敏症的人不要吃桃子、西瓜、榴槤等的瓜果類。
.
夏季炎熱,需要提醒一點的是,不要在運動後大熱的身體狀況下猛喝涼水或冰水;也不要在身體大熱、大汗的狀態下沖涼水澡或吹冷氣,同樣會對身體造成很大的傷害。
.
建議可以多運動。過去少林寺有一句話:「冬練三九,夏練三伏」,冬天極冷、夏天極熱,卻是對身體、禪修最好的補養時期。夏天天亮得早,是早起走八卦的好季節。走一個小時八卦,對你這一天的精神來說是非常好了。
.
「心靜自然涼」,在仲夏季節多點禪修,讓自己的心清淨下來,有助於我們消除悶熱帶來的煩躁,能夠健康自在地過好每一天。

Grain in Ear (“Mang Zhong” in Mandarin) — being busy with a relaxed mind
Grain in Ear is the third solar term in summer and symbolizes the start of midsummer. During this time, the sun is at 75 degrees longitude. This year, the date falls on 5th June on the Gregorian calendar.

In Mandarin, the term “Mang Zhong” sounds similar to another term that means ‘busy farming’. The “Mang” refers to the harvesting of plants with awns; the word “Zhong” refers to the planting of grains. Put together, the term “Mang Zhong” means that farmers have to quickly harvest plants with awns that mature during summer, and quickly sow the seeds for the plants that will be planted for the next cycle. This is perfectly demonstrated by the Chinese saying “During spring, we plan our work daily; During summer, we need to plan by the hour”. Harvesting the grains too late could lead to them being destroyed in a second by a sudden bout of rain, hail or tornado. Delay the planting of new seeds by a day and the plants may not reach full maturity by autumn, thus drastically reducing the harvest. The Grain in Ear solar term is the best illustration of the ancestors’ wisdom when it comes to planning ahead for changes in the weather.

The Grain in Ear period is also the time when the supply of melons, fruits and vegetables are most bountiful, with different varieties appearing on the marketplace almost simultaneously, example: cherries, peaches, strawberries and mulberries. These ‘cool-natured’’ fruits are also exactly what our bodies need during summer. People with allergies though, should stay away from peaches, watermelons and durians etc.
During this hot summer period, another important point is that we should not gulp down large quantities of cold or iced drinks after sports, when the body is giving out tremendous amount of heat. Similarly, we should not take cold showers or go into air-conditioned spaces when the body is giving out lots of heat and sweat. This will cause serious damage to our health.

I would suggest that this is a good time to do more exercises. Winter and summer are the best times to nurture the bodies through exercising and meditation, even though one is extremely cold and the other is extremely hot. During summer, the sky brightens very early in the morning. This is the best time to practice Energy Bagua. One hour of Bagua practice in the morning will maintain your state of mind in top condition for the rest of the day.

As we meditate more during summer, our mind will calm down. This helps us to control the irritation and bad temper brought about by the hot weather. In this way, we can live everyday healthily and at ease.

芒種的諧音是「忙種」,芒種的「芒」字,是指麥類等有芒植物的收穫;芒種的「種」字,是指穀黍類作物播種的節令。意思是說夏熟的芒作物這時要抓緊收,下一輪要種的作物要抓緊種,所謂「春爭日,夏爭時」,因為麥子稍微收得晚些,就可能遇到暴雨、冰雹、龍捲風等極端天氣,使熟成的收成毀於一旦或造成嚴重損失;而要種的作物晚一天都可能到秋季長不熟,令收成大減。所以芒種這個節氣最能體現古人「依天時而動」的智慧。

芒種時節,各種瓜果蔬菜相繼上市,是瓜果蔬菜最豐盛的季節,如:櫻桃、桃子、草莓、桑葚等等,這些應時的天然美食也正是適合我們夏季身體所需要的——敗火解暑熱。但有過敏症的人不要吃桃子、西瓜、榴槤等的瓜果類。

夏季炎熱,需要提醒一點的是,不要在運動後大熱的身體狀況下猛喝涼水或冰水;也不要在身體大熱、大汗的狀態下沖涼水澡或吹冷氣,同樣會對身體造成很大的傷害。
.
建議可以多運動。過去少林寺有一句話:「冬練三九,夏練三伏」,冬天極冷、夏天極熱,卻是對身體、禪修最好的補養時期。夏天天亮得早,是早起走八卦的好季節。走一個小時八卦,對你這一天的精神來說是非常好了。

「心靜自然涼」,在仲夏季節多點禪修,讓自己的心清淨下來,有助於我們消除悶熱帶來的煩躁,能夠健康自在地過好每一天。

Grain in Ear (“Mang Zhong” in Mandarin) — being busy with a relaxed mind
Grain in Ear is the third solar term in summer and symbolizes the start of midsummer. During this time, the sun is at 75 degrees longitude. This year, the date falls on 5th June on the Gregorian calendar.

In Mandarin, the term “Mang Zhong” sounds similar to another term that means ‘busy farming’. The “Mang” refers to the harvesting of plants with awns; the word “Zhong” refers to the planting of grains. Put together, the term “Mang Zhong” means that farmers have to quickly harvest plants with awns that mature during summer, and quickly sow the seeds for the plants that will be planted for the next cycle. This is perfectly demonstrated by the Chinese saying “During spring, we plan our work daily; During summer, we need to plan by the hour”. Harvesting the grains too late could lead to them being destroyed in a second by a sudden bout of rain, hail or tornado. Delay the planting of new seeds by a day and the plants may not reach full maturity by autumn, thus drastically reducing the harvest. The Grain in Ear solar term is the best illustration of the ancestors’ wisdom when it comes to planning ahead for changes in the weather.

The Grain in Ear period is also the time when the supply of melons, fruits and vegetables are most bountiful, with different varieties appearing on the marketplace almost simultaneously, example: cherries, peaches, strawberries and mulberries. These ‘cool-natured’’ fruits are also exactly what our bodies need during summer. People with allergies though, should stay away from peaches, watermelons and durians etc.
During this hot summer period, another important point is that we should not gulp down large quantities of cold or iced drinks after sports, when the body is giving out tremendous amount of heat. Similarly, we should not take cold showers or go into air-conditioned spaces when the body is giving out lots of heat and sweat. This will cause serious damage to our health.

I would suggest that this is a good time to do more exercises. Winter and summer are the best times to nurture the bodies through exercising and meditation, even though one is extremely cold and the other is extremely hot. During summer, the sky brightens very early in the morning. This is the best time to practice Energy Bagua. One hour of Bagua practice in the morning will maintain your state of mind in top condition for the rest of the day.

As we meditate more during summer, our mind will calm down. This helps us to control the irritation and bad temper brought about by the hot weather. In this way, we can live everyday healthily and at ease.

端午,又稱端陽節、五月節、龍舟節,今年是在陽曆5月30日。

端午節也是自古相傳的「衛生節」,因為端午是入夏後第一個節日,氣溫上升,正是疾病多發的時期,人們就藉此在酷暑之前進行一次大規模的避瘟驅毒、防病祛病活動。

艾草具有揮發性芳香精油,這種奇特的香氣,可以驅蚊蠅蟲蟻,淨化空氣。因此端午前後,人們把艾草掛在門前,用來驅趕疫病和邪氣,或者燃燒艾草,釋放香氣,來防蚊、驅病、辟邪、淨化空氣。還有人會把一些具有芳香通竅功能的草藥材,比如藿香、菖蒲、薄荷等,做成香囊,戴在身上,辟邪驅瘟、提神醒腦。

The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Tuen Ng Festival, Double Fifth Festival, Dumpling Festival, falls on May 30, 2017 of the Gregorian calendar.

Since ancient times, the Dragon Boat Festival is a festival for hygiene because it is the first festival in summer. During summer, with temperature on the rise, people tend to fall sick easily. Therefore, people undertake a massive scale of preventive measures like detoxification before the peak of summer heat to avoid plague and illnesses.

A volatile oil of the Artemisia argyi (Chinese mugwort) has a unique fragrance that can help to repel insects and purify air. Hence, around the Dragon Boat festival period, people like to hang Artemisia argyi on the latch of their doors to drive away diseases and dispel negative chills or even burn them to repel insects, dispel illnesses, avoid negative chills and purify air. Some people will use some aromatic “qi” regulating herbs, for instance agastache rugosa, acorus calamus, mint etc. to create a scented sachet to wear on their body to dispel negative chills, diseases and keep their minds clear.

Stay Healthy through Regular Energy Bagua Practice

As the pressure of the society increases and the pace of modern life accelerated, many people these days are in a state of sub-health. A reason for this is the lack of energy in the body.
I have learnt a practice method while I was young and that is “Energy Bagua”. Energy Bagua harmonizes Nature and man. It allows the body to return to its natural state, improve immunity and enhance vitality. It is an effective way to improve health.
This practice also positively benefits the heart, brain, blood vessels and kidneys. When the heart and kidneys are healthy, the liver, spleen and stomach will be healthy too. Many older practitioners with weak legs actually find that their leg’s strength improve with the practice. Those with pot-belly will find this method useful too.
If a woman of child-bearing age has hands colder than usual, she may find it hard to conceive. However with regular Energy Bagua practice, her chance of conceiving may increase due to better peripheral circulations, thus warming up her hands and feet.
Remember this: a half hour daily session of Energy Bagua will greatly enhance the health of those who suffer from high blood pressure, fatty liver, stressed-related illnesses and cold hands and feet.
