青團——寒食節的江南味道

清明節的前一天，是中國傳統的寒食節，禁煙火、吃冷食。遠古時代人們有保存火種的習慣，到了春季，一年的開始，古人就要把上年的火種熄滅，禁火冷食，進行隆重的祭祀活動，再重新鑽木取火，開始新一年的生產生活。這就是最早的寒食起源。

春秋時期，晉國大臣介子推追隨公子重耳躲避戰亂，受了不少的苦。後來重耳做了晉文公，介子推隱居綿山，重耳力邀他出山做官，介子推不從。重耳就下令放火燒山逼他出來，沒想到介子推決心已定，竟被燒死在山上。晉文公重耳便下令這一天禁火寒食，遙念介子推。

在江南一帶，寒食節通常會吃青團，用艾草汁或其它綠色蔬菜的汁液混入糯米粉中，包進豆沙餡或蓮蓉，淡甜可口，清香宜人。做法如下：
1、 鮮艾草葉洗淨，川燙2分鐘，放在料理機中，加水打碎。
2、 打碎的艾草汁與糯米粉混合，揉成青綠色的艾草麵團。
3、 艾草麵團分成核桃大小的劑子，擀平擀圓，再捏成碗窩的形狀。
4、 中間放入豆沙餡或自己喜歡的餡料，包好、揉圓揉勻。
5、 取大白菜葉或圓白菜葉，開水燙軟，鋪在蒸鍋的篦子上。
6、 將包好的青團放在白菜葉上，表面抹一層橄欖油，大火蒸8－10分鐘即可。

一聲佛號，萬兩黃金。

我們的祖先，包括我們自己，過去所做過的一切錯事都是會遺傳下來的，並且一代代地傳下去。從長相、健康程度、走路姿勢、個性，還有「業」，也就是功和過的行為產生的作用力，還會一代一代地遺傳下來。
.
因為我們的祖先所犯的錯誤、對其他生命造成的傷害，形成了這個業，使我們不安。不管我們有沒有認識到這個問題，事實上都會令我們不安。不安的表現有哪些呢？第一個就是疾病；第二個就是人生障礙，比如說婚姻不順、買房不順、找工作不順利、家庭不和睦、子女不成器……做了不同的惡事，在身體上來說，會有不同的疾病表現。

所以，祖宗安寧、祥和、自在，作為他遺傳的後代，我們才會平安、吉祥、自在。
.
現在，讓我們一起為祖先念念佛吧！
在即將到來的「觀音菩薩聖誕」暨「清明節」_懷思感恩的日子裡。 給他們送去一份真誠的祝福吧！

藉著佛慈悲、溫暖的能量，給予祖先們光明的指引。

Each chant of Buddha’s name is worth a ton of gold

All the wrong deeds that our ancestors, including ourselves, have done in the past will be passed on from generation to generation. Thus we inherit looks, health, walking posture, personality and “karmic actions” from our ancestors and this will continue to future generations.

Because of the mistakes our ancestors made and the damage they inflicted on other lives, our lives are also affected by these karmic actions. Regardless of whether we realize the problem or not, it will make us uneasy and manifest in the form of illnesses and life’s obstacles such as rocky marriage, difficulty in buying property, bumpy career, family disharmony and problematic children. Different negative karmic actions will manifest as different disease.
Therefore, only when the ancestors have peace, harmony and freedom will the descendants be able to enjoy peace and auspiciousness.

Now, let’s chant on behalf of our ancestors!
As the Guanyin Bodhisattva’s birthday and Qingming Festival approaches, it is also a time for us to commemorate our ancestors and express our gratitude. Let us send them our sincere blessing!
May the compassionate light of Buddha and Bodhisattvas shine onto the path of our ancestors!
A chant of Buddha’s name is worth a ton of gold. This is the most precious gift we can give to our ancestors.

丹霞地貌是紅色砂礫岩層經過流水侵蝕和長期風化，形成的紅色山群地貌，顏色豔麗，極具觀賞價值。位於中國甘肅的張掖丹霞地貌，形成於200萬年前，面積達數百平方公里。2011年被美國《國家地理》雜誌評為「世界十大神奇地理奇觀」。

極目遠望，藍天之下，無數山巒層層疊疊，五彩斑斕，有的呈豔紅色、桃紅色、褐紅色，有的呈黛青色、墨綠色、魚白色，變換交錯，彼此映襯，感覺就像遨遊在彩色的童話世界裡。

「四月」是懷思、感恩先祖的季節。
清明節這一天，為祖先們「點燈祈福｣，是對祖先、對自己，以及對子孫最好的方法。

《菩薩藏經》中說：「百千燈明，懺除悔罪」，因此在佛前點燈，是藉著佛的慈悲、佛的智慧光芒能量，幫助我們，以及祖先們帶來的吉祥能量和利益。當祖先，親人得到佛光加持，轉生極樂，一定也會為後代子孫帶來庇蔭与光明，增添福慧。因此，我們的祖先被光明照亮了，子孫後代才會興旺發達。
.
所以，為你的祖先點盞燈吧！為他們念佛、祈福、消業積德，讓身處黑暗世界的祖宗、親人們，都能得到佛光接引，轉生極樂。同時，也為自己和子孫後代帶來光明，同享福慧。
.
點燈祈福的利益有：
一、現世利益：身體健康，眼晴明亮、遠離黑暗愚痴、受人尊敬、消業積德、財富具足。
二、修行上的利益：得諸善法、遠離修行上的障礙、去除五毒惡業的牽引、斷除輪迴、尊貴自在、速證涅槃。
三、子孫的利益：子孫聰明智慧、相貌莊嚴、眾人喜愛，富貴吉祥。
四、祖先利益：祖燈長明、庇蔭後代、超渡先靈往生諸天。

Light a Blessing – Remembrance of Our Ancestors
.
The forth lunar month is the time to commemorate and remember our ancestors. When we make a light offering during Ching Ming Festival, it will bring immense benefits for our ancestors, ourselves and our descendants.
.
As described in the Great Bodhisattva’s Scriptural Basket Sutra, “The brilliance of the thousand lights will banish guilt and conviction”. When we offer a light in front of Buddha, we are harnessing Buddha’s light of compassion and wisdom to convey blessings to our ancestors and ourselves. Buddha’s light will shine upon our ancestors as they are reincarnated to the Pure Land. That same light will shine upon our descendants, blessing them with wisdom and good fortune. When our ancestors are showered in Buddha’s light, our descendants will naturally prosper and flourish.
.
With this knowledge in mind, go forth and offer a light for your ancestors. Chant and pray for them. Rid them of karmic debts and accumulate merits on their behalf. Let Buddha’s light guide them out of darkness and towards the light of the Pure Land. At the same time, let the light shine upon you and your descendants to bring endless blessings.

The benefits of Light Offering:
1. First, benefits to our secular life: Good health and bright vision. Freedom from all darkness. Respected by others. Elimination of karmic debts and accumulation of merits. Abundance of wealth.
2. Second, benefits to our cultivation: Present with right dharma. Free from obstacles in cultivation. Free from reincarnation. Noble and full of ease. Attainment of accelerated enlightenment.
3. Third, benefits to children and grandchildren: Supreme wisdom. Dignified and majestic appearance. Wealth and fortune.
4. Forth, benefits to ancestors: Buddha’s light shines upon ancestors and benefits future generations. Gain spiritual liberation to Pure Lands.

在人類命運的研究過程之中就發現，幾乎每個人的命運，都與他們一切善惡的行為有關係。這種因善惡行為所引發的作用力，我們稱他為「能量」，也叫「因果」。

其實，每一個孩子從出生的一剎那，就注定了他的命運和健康情況。也就是「DNA遺傳基因」將父母、爺爺奶奶、外公外婆等，若干個直系的祖宗遺傳下來的血脈好壞——疾病、功德、罪過、長相、個性，全都積累到我們這一個人的身上，它是一直往下傳遞的。

Chanting for our parents and ancestors

In the course of the study of human destiny, it is found that almost everyone’s fate is related to his past actions. This kind of action caused by good and evil acts is called “energy”, also known as “cause and effect”.

In fact, every child has a predetermined fate and health from the moment he is born. This “genetic DNA” is directly passed to us from our parents, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, and a number of direct ancestors. Thus we inherited a whole spectrum of DNA genes ranging from disease, merits, sins, looks and personality. This genetic DNA will continue to accumulate in our body and pass down to our descendants.
