菩提養生素食廚房──猴菇小米粥

猴頭菇，是一種名貴的菌類菜品，古時候由於產出稀少，只有達官顯貴才能嘗到。野生的猴頭菇一般都是成對生長：只要你在森林裡發現了一隻猴頭菇，站在原地向四周看，不遠處一定能看到另一隻猴頭菇。這說起來還有一個故事呢。

當年孫悟空保護唐僧去西天取經，花果山上的猴子們沒有了依靠，就像沒了娘的孩子，少了很多歡樂。其中有一對年輕的男女猴子，經常彼此安慰和照顧，漸漸產生了感情。後來一隻狐狸發現了他們的戀情，非常嫉妒，就胡亂編了一條罪行，向山神告他們的黑狀。結果兩個猴子被發配到大興安嶺。花果山在南方，氣候溫暖，而大興安嶺在遙遠的北方，天寒地凍，他們在寒冷和饑餓中彼此守望，化成了兩顆彙集天地靈氣的猴頭菇。

在中醫裡，猴頭菇具有養胃的功效，常用來防治胃潰瘍、慢性胃炎和脾胃虛弱。現代醫學還發現，猴頭菇中的多醣體有助於提高免疫力，有抗衰老、降血脂等多種功能。這裡給大家介紹一道簡單的養胃粥——猴菇小米粥。

食材：猴頭菇一只，小米適量。

做法：
1、猴頭菇充分泡發。
2、反覆清洗猴頭菇，擠出黃水，換清水再泡，再擠出黃水，重複幾次，直至擠出的黃水不苦了為止。
3、猴頭菇切小塊，放入食物料理機或豆漿機中打碎。
4、將打爛的猴頭菇與小米一同下水煮，開鍋後煮30分鐘即成。

立春養生，從「頭」開始──
「春三月，每朝梳頭一二百下。」

立春，是二十四節氣中的第一個節氣，今年在陽曆的2月4日。這個時間正是冬季轉春季的交替時節，乍暖還寒，這個時節不必急著驟減衣物，且要注意防風禦寒。春季重在養肝，要戒除暴躁、憂鬱，宜保持愉悅輕鬆的好心情。此時正值陽氣上升、萬物萌發之際，養生方面要順應春陽升發的特點，宜吃辛甘發散食物，如：油菜、香菜、茼蒿、芥菜、白蘿蔔、茴香、大頭菜、菠菜等等。

《養生論》：「春三月，每朝梳頭一二百下。」這兩句中醫養生說法告訴了我們多梳頭可以養生，特別是在春天裡梳頭的效用更佳！春季每天多梳頭，有利於刺激經絡、防止春睏、疏通氣血、通達陽氣，是行之有效的養生保健方法，對於老年人來說，還可降低腦血管疾病發生率。梳頭時間以早上最好，因為早晨是陽氣生發之時，此時梳頭可以更好地促進陽氣萌生。梳齒從前額髮際梳起，一直梳到後頸的髮根處；梳頭次數不宜太少，至少保證在50次以上才有功效，梳到頭皮微微發熱為標準。此外，還可以常用手指乾梳頭，揉搓頭皮，每次10分鐘左右，可以起到散風明目、緩解頭痛的作用。

人的欲望是無窮的，一旦被欲望所支配，就無法做自己的主人，在欲海中載浮載沉，心靈得不到解脫。
.
世界上有不少在物質上富有，但內心世界卻極度貧乏的人，雖然他們擁有很多錢財，但精神上卻像乞丐一樣，永不滿足，一直在索求；因為欲望無限，內心就很難得到真正的平靜與快樂，很難體會什麼是幸福的感受。這些人已經很有錢了，卻還是想方設法獲取更多的財富，利用各種手段把大家的錢挪為己用，過度貪欲的結果，最後竟落到連個落腳的地方都沒有的下場。這都是被欲望所支配，不懂得知足感恩所致。
.
若生活上富足了，還能夠知足感恩的話，願意拿一部分錢財出來去捐給那些貧苦大眾，去回報社會；在富貴時，能不傲慢、不荒淫、不奢侈。富貴又很自在——這才是人生最高的境界。

人總習慣用自己的方式去理解他人，誤會往往就是這樣產生的，不但讓自己生出憎恨心，還容易危害到自己。
.
我講一個我過去在中國青海時候的故事：
在青海的路上，我看到一輛大卡車有個輪胎轉得不正常。我出門多有經驗，看那個輪胎有一點搖擺感，就感覺是螺絲鬆了。如果它飛出來的話，第一它沒有輪胎了、第二可能傷到別人。
.
我就給那個司機招手，指指他後面輪胎，要他看一下。那個人卻狠狠地瞪我一眼，罵了一句：「媽的，想搭我的車呀！」以為我要占他便宜。我繼續皺著眉頭喊：「嚴重！嚴重！」他就是不管，繼續開著車走了。
.
沒想到車跑沒多遠，那個輪胎「咻——」就像飛盤一樣飛到前面的山溝裡面去了。他就追著輪胎跑了一公里啊，下到山溝裡去把輪胎抱上來。那個山坡至少有五十米高；輪胎多重啊，至少有五十公斤吧，多難啊！他好不容易給弄上來後，累得一點兒力氣都沒有了！結果還是我幫他裝上輪胎。我說：「怎麼樣？朋友，我是好心好意提醒你。」
.
有些人在決策時，總認為自己想的就一定是對的！不願意參考別人的意見，這樣的態度可能會讓自己無法理性判斷，處理方式因此有所偏頗，甚至傷害到自己和身邊所有的人。

People are always accustomed to understand others in their own way. This often causes misunderstandings and even hatred and dislike for one another. They can also get hurt in the process.
.
Let me share a story that took place in Qinghai province, China:
Once, on my way to Qinghai, I saw a moving truck with one of its tires turning abnormally. From experience, I knew that the screws of the wheel had loosened and if it comes off, it could hurt someone else.
I waved to the driver, pointing to his rear tire and signaling him to look at it. The man gave me a stare and scolded me, “Why, you want a free ride?” Apparently, he thought I wanted to take advantage of him. I frowned and shouted, “It’s serious!” He ignored me and drove driving away.
.
Shortly after, the wheel came off and flew towards the hillside. He had to run almost a kilometer to get the wheel from the hillside that was at least 50 meters in height. By the time he climbed down to pick up the heavy tire that weight almost 50 kg, he was too tired to get up. Eventually, I helped him to fit the tire. I said, “Friend, didn’t I try to remind you of your wheel?”
Some people always assume that they are always right when they make judgement or decision. They are not open to other’s opinion. Such mentality and attitude could cloud one’s objectivity and ultimately lead to a bias decision. In more serious case, such wrong decision might even cause harm to them or others.

Today, let’s talk about “The Six Perfections – Part 1” and explore how we can break away from accustomed thinking so that it does not affect our objective judgement, thus allowing us to lead a wiser, happier and more harmonious life.

新春—吉祥、如意的故事。

新春臨近的吉祥日子裡，在天庭也要過熱鬧的春節，玉帝每年這個時節，都會派下代表「吉祥、如意」二位仙童，下去人間尋找「積善之家」去遞送福氣。
.
吉祥、如意二童子，今年一樣奉召玉帝之命，到人間探訪民情，並且要找到108戶人家，把上天的福氣賜給他們。
.
吉祥、如意二童子，一路走、一路尋，好不容易的送出了107份福氣，就差最後一戶了，忽然間，他倆看到遠處有一片金色的光芒，光芒處還有幾朵彩色的雲朵罩著，真是美麗呀！吉祥、如意二童子非常好奇，走近一看，這戶人家的房子在發著金光呢。
.
只見這家人的大門上，貼著一對威風凜凜的門神，正氣逼人。走進宅院，就看到大廳的門上閃爍著斗大的幾個字「厚德聚福」和「福」字，兩幅春聯，不斷綻放著耀眼的金色光芒。吉祥、如意二童子心想：「這戶人家肯定也是個積善之家，我可以把福氣送給這戶人家，然後回去跟玉帝交旨啦！

吉祥、如意二童子正想敲門，只見前方迎來一個可愛的小娃兒來為他開門，映入眼簾的是這一家人，正開心地圍坐在一起吃團圓飯、發紅包。
.
吉祥、如意二童子，向這戶人家的主人_白髮爺爺說明了，他們要到外鄉找尋家人，碰巧看見這幅溫馨的景像，因而思念起家人，也想進來一起圍爐過年。
.
白髮爺爺滿口說：「好呀，我們最愛招呼嬌客啦。」一家人熱情地邀請吉祥、如意二童子坐下來一起吃飯。怕他們趕路著涼，還找來棉衣給他倆穿上，離開前還送給了他們2個大紅包做為盤纏。
.
吉祥、如意二童子很受感動，覺得這戶人家又吉祥、又善良，就把玉帝賜的福氣灑到了這戶人家，然後開開心心的回天庭交差了。

Spring—a Tale of Auspiciousness and Fulfillment
.
The auspicious Spring season is approaching. In the Heavenly realm, the season is much enjoyed with great festivity. Every year during the season, the Jade Emperor will send two celestial children – Auspicious and Fulfillment – to the earthly realm as representatives to find and deliver blessings to charitable homes.

Similarly this year, Auspicious and Fulfillment, under the orders of the Jade Emperor, descended to the sentient world to visit and to find 108 households to spread the Heavenly blessings to these families.
.
Auspicious and Fulfillment journeyed and searched conscientiously, and managed to deliver blessings to 107 households after much effort. They still had one household, however, to deliver blessings. All of a sudden, they sighted a bright golden hue in the distance, accompanied by several colorful clouds in the background – a glorious sight indeed! Auspicious and Fulfillment were most curious and approached to have a look. This family household was radiating golden illumination!
.
At the main door of the house, they saw the image of a suave pair of Door Gods- righteous and imposing. Entering the courtyard, they saw the door of the hall flashing the phrase, “virtuousness gathers fortune” and “fortune” on two couplets, constantly illuminating dazzling golden light. Auspicious and Fulfillment thought to themselves, “This family must also be charitable”. Let us deliver blessings to this family and then report back to the Jade Emperor!

Auspicious and Fulfillment were thinking of knocking on the door when they saw an adorable little kid in front approaching to open the door for them. In their line of sight was a family happily seated together, enjoying their reunion dinner and gifting auspicious red packets.
.
Auspicious and Fulfillment both went forth to explain to the white-haired grand-daddy figure, who was master of the house. They told him that they had wanted to search for a family outside of the village but had fatefully come across this warm and inviting sight It made them miss their family dearly, so they thought of joining in to usher in the new year.
The white-haired grand-daddy replied, “Well, we love to host guest service .” The whole family then warmly invited Auspicious and Fulfillment to join them for dinner. Afraid that they would catch a chill, the family provided warm clothing for them to put on. Before their departure, the family even handed them two big auspicious red packets for traveling expenses.
.
Auspicious and Fulfillment were both very touched by their gestures. In this family, they felt auspiciousness and virtuousness, and thus decided to deliver the Jade Emperor’s blessings to the family before contentedly embarking their journey back to the Heavenly court.

玄奘法師與大雁塔

當地時間2018年1月8日，法國總統馬克華訪華，但他第一站卻不是到北京，而是先到西安，在大慈恩寺的大雁塔前，首次與媒體記者見面，足見大雁塔在世界文化中的重要地位。
.
大雁塔位於陝西西安，在千年古刹大慈恩寺院內，專為供奉唐玄奘法師從天竺帶回的佛經、佛像、舍利而修建。
.
西元628年，唐玄奘從長安出發，徒步五萬里遠赴天竺取經。645年，攜六百多部佛經、八尊佛像和大量舍利，載譽回國。652年，為了更長久、更安全的存放這些佛寶，玄奘主持修建了大雁塔。
.
大雁塔最初為五層，幾經改造，現為七層，塔基邊長25.5米，高64.5米，四方形閣樓式。唐太宗、唐高宗都親自撰寫了碑文，石碑至今保存完好。塔身第四層中，供奉著兩頁當年玄奘從天竺取回的貝葉經，可謂是價值連城的佛教瑰寶。第五層供奉著釋迦如來足跡碑，據記載，佛祖涅槃後的二百年內，沒有佛造像，當時的弟子們瞻仰禮拜佛祖留下來的腳印，「見足如見佛，拜足如拜佛」。唐玄奘將天竺的佛足跡印圖帶回長安，刻製成足跡印石，留存至今。頂層第七層是蓮花藻井，蓮花上轉著圈刻有14個字「唐僧取經還須遊西天拜佛前人贊」，此為連環詩句，據說有多種念法和釋意。

大雁塔，是佛法奇跡的見證和表達，玄奘法師隻身一人為求佛法真諦，一路上遭遇千難萬險，都沒能熄滅他心中求法的赤誠與決心。一顆永不回頭的求法心，就是最強大的力量，能夠戰勝一切艱難險阻、跨越幻境障礙，最終到達心中神聖解脫的殿堂。
