立春養生,從「頭」開始──
「春三月,每朝梳頭一二百下。」

立春,是二十四節氣中的第一個節氣,今年在陽曆的2月4日。這個時間正是冬季轉春季的交替時節,乍暖還寒,這個時節不必急著驟減衣物,且要注意防風禦寒。春季重在養肝,要戒除暴躁、憂鬱,宜保持愉悅輕鬆的好心情。此時正值陽氣上升、萬物萌發之際,養生方面要順應春陽升發的特點,宜吃辛甘發散食物,如:油菜、香菜、茼蒿、芥菜、白蘿蔔、茴香、大頭菜、菠菜等等。

《養生論》:「春三月,每朝梳頭一二百下。」這兩句中醫養生說法告訴了我們多梳頭可以養生,特別是在春天裡梳頭的效用更佳!春季每天多梳頭,有利於刺激經絡、防止春睏、疏通氣血、通達陽氣,是行之有效的養生保健方法,對於老年人來說,還可降低腦血管疾病發生率。梳頭時間以早上最好,因為早晨是陽氣生發之時,此時梳頭可以更好地促進陽氣萌生。梳齒從前額髮際梳起,一直梳到後頸的髮根處;梳頭次數不宜太少,至少保證在50次以上才有功效,梳到頭皮微微發熱為標準。此外,還可以常用手指乾梳頭,揉搓頭皮,每次10分鐘左右,可以起到散風明目、緩解頭痛的作用。

太陽到達黃徑60°時為節氣小滿,今年是西曆5月21日。小滿是夏季的第二個節氣。氣溫開始升高,雨水明顯增多,南方地區開始陸續進入多雨季節。小滿時風火相煸,人容易感到煩躁不安,要注意保持心情舒暢,可多參與一些戶外活動,跑步登山、走走八卦。

飲食方面,隨著氣溫不斷升高,人們喜愛用冷飲消暑降溫,但此時食用生冷食物易引起胃腸不適、腹痛、腹瀉等症,小孩消化系統發育尚未健全,老人臟腑機能逐漸衰退,故小孩及老人更易出現此類情況。因此,飲食方面要注意避免過量生冷食物。

小滿之後天氣炎熱、汗出較多、雨水也較多,對付濕熱的天氣,可以吃些清熱利濕的食物,如綠豆、冬瓜、絲瓜、黃瓜等;少吃生濕助熱的食物,比如油炸燻烤、辛辣的食物,綠豆百合湯、冬瓜湯都是不錯的選擇。

Hence, it is recommended to avoid too much of cold and raw food and beverages.
