最有彈性的復健──八卦內功

問:「幾年前我出過一場嚴重車禍,我的腿骨斷成三截,後來經過努力復健,現在雖然走路已沒什麼問題,可是只要一變天,我的腿又痠又痛,連下床都很困難,每走一步,就像是好幾根釘子,釘在我的腿骨上一樣疼得不得了,何況是走八卦呢?

我說:「走『八卦』除了要持之以恆外,最重要的必須注意,不管你一次能走多久,5分鐘也好、10分鐘也罷,如果覺得不舒服,就停下來歇一歇,等好一點了之後再繼續走。」
.
他又問:「這樣停停走走的,效果不會打折?」
.
我說:「任何事情過與不及都是不好的,不管做什麼事情都要量力而為,走八卦當然也是。你要依照自己的身體狀況來調整走八卦的時間,所以,多停下來幾次是沒有關係的,但是動作要盡量做到確實,效果才會好。」
.
後來,他照著我說的話去做,覺得累了就停下來休息,好一點之後再繼續走,就這樣堅持了下來。從一開始只能走幾分鐘,每天慢慢進步,不過一年多的時間,他就已經可以連續走上兩個小時,而且,無論天氣再怎麼變化,他那條受過重傷的腿都沒有再疼過。

所以,有好的功法,還要用對方法。我所傳授的「八卦內功」是一套很好的功法,它可以為人們帶來健康的體魄,但最重要的是,要讓所有人都能在最輕鬆、最自在的狀況下獲得健康、獲得快樂與幸福,這才是我推廣八卦內功的目的。

A most flexible form of rehabilitation ─ ─ Energy Bagua

Someone asked : “I had a serious accident a few years ago and broke my leg in 3 areas. After a long period of rehabilitation, I have no problem walking. However, when the weather changes, my leg is so sore and painful even to get out of bed. Every step felt like drilling several nails into my leg. The pain is so unbearable, let alone practice Energy Bagua?

I said: “When you practice Energy Bagua, apart from perseverance, please take note of the following. Should there be intense discomfort or pain after 5 to 10 minutes of Energy Bagua, stop for a rest and continue when you feel better. ”
.
He asked again: “if I stop and continue and stop and continue, would there be any benefit?
I said: “No matter what you do, it is not good to go beyond your limits. You have to adjust according to your own physical conditions while practicing Energy Bagua , so it doesn’t matter how many times you stop, the most important thing to having good results is to align your moves and positions as accurately as possible. ”

With diligent and consistent practice, he progressed slowly from few minutes to two hours of practice within a year. Furthermore, his injured leg is no longer in any pain when the weather changes.

你知道為何休息再多還是覺得很疲累?

問:
「我每天工作,回到家後都累趴了,什麼事也幹不了!就算睡了一覺,隔天床後還是覺得很疲累,每天的疲累感,加上工作壓力,導致我常常精神恍惚,家事跟工作都顧不好,怎麼辦呢? 」

答:
當一個人缺乏能量,表現出的首先會是疲累的感覺,再嚴重些,就會產生身體上的病癥,好比你去摸能量不足的人的手,就會發現這個人的手是比較冰冷的;如果是能量比較充足的人,手掌心是熱的。
.
那什麼是能量?
比如在我們小時候,經常會看到電壓供電不足時,電燈忽明忽暗,亮的時候,是電壓供得很足;暗的時候,就是電壓不夠了。用來比喻人體也是一樣的道理。.
.
我見過一些在寒冷地區,特別是西藏,那裡的人,他們用一塊保暖性很強的動物皮,包在關節這個位置,到了冬天,「寒腿」就在膝關節上表現出來,所以在西藏很多老人家走路都好是像剛受過傷一樣。還有很多年齡並不老,最年輕的才35歲,也是一拐一瘸地來的,他們就是身體嚴重缺乏能量啊。

我的健康建議:
我建議大家來試試修練「八卦內功」,練了一段時間「八卦」之後,你可能就會發現——「欸,我走路竟然能跑起來了。」

因此「走八卦」對於補充能量特別有好處。

Everyday, after I return home from work, I felt exhausted and can’t do anything else! Even after a night’s sleep, I still feel very tired the next day. Adding to the stress at work, I am constantly in a daze and cannot manage both family and work matters. What shall I do?

Reply:
Energy Bagua practice can be a good choice for your situation.

Do many people experience the lack of energy despite regular sleep?
When one lacks energy, the first obvious sign is general lethargy. If it becomes serious, illness can result. Just like when you feel the hands of people with insufficient energy, you will find the hand is relatively cold; if the energy is adequate, it is warm.

What is energy?
For example, when we were young, we often saw that when the electrical voltage was insufficient, the electric light flickered but it remained bright when there was enough voltage supplied. The same can be said about the human body.

I’ve seen that in some cold regions, especially in Tibet, people use a patch of warm animal skin to wrap over their body joints. In winter, when “frozen limbs” are prevalent, such animal skin wraps are a common sight on the knees of the elderly people in Tibet, who look as if they have just been injured. There are still many people who came walking with a limp even though they are not old, the youngest being 35 years of age; these people seriously lack energy!

My health advice:
I suggest that you try to practice Energy Bagua. After an extended period of practice, you may discover that you actually run instead of walk.

Energy Bagua is exceptionally effective at replenishing your energy.
