是什麼方法,讓健康變簡單了?

問:「在生命的加減法中,有沒有一種實實在在的方法,能夠使我們的疾病、痛苦越來越少,而健康、快樂的能量越來越多呢?」
.
答案是:「有的」。
在韓國禪堂,有一位女弟子,她患有嚴重的風濕性關節炎,發作時會疼痛到哭。一直治不好,在一個機緣下遇上菩提禪修。第一次見面,就碰上我們韓國最嚴格的老師,女弟子問:「怎麼修才可以讓我快一點不再痛苦?」

老師:「磕頭,做大禮拜,一天磕八個鐘頭。」這誰受得了啊?!可是她就接受了。

「精誠所至,金石為開。」她磕了半年,風濕性關節炎竟然真的好了。原來已經變形,不能抓東西的手,現在竟能幹活了,縫衣服都可以了。我去韓國時,還給我做韓國飯。 她告訴我:「我現在有了健康,快樂也更多了。」

所以,通過「禪修」通常會帶給人們健康。
那麼「禪修」是如何使我們的身體獲得健康,快樂的?

How can we attain good health easily?
.
Question: [In life’s formulas, is there any effective method to alleviate our illnesses, pain and sufferings while increasing our energy for good health and happiness?] .
Answer: [Yes] .
There was a female disciple from Korea Bodhi Meditation Center who suffered from severe rheumatoid arthritis. The pain was so bad that she would lose control and teared whenever the pain acted up. She tried all means to cure her illness but to no avail. On one rare occasion, she came to know about Bodhi Meditation. During her first visit to Bodhi, she met a teacher in Korea Bodhi Meditation Center who had a reputation of being strict. The female disciple asked: [What can I do to alleviate my body discomfort and pain?] .
Teacher: [Kow-tow, practice prostration eight hours each day.] This was not an easy task. However she abided by the teacher’s instruction and did as she was told.
.
As the Chinese saying goes: [Absolute sincerity can move even metals.] After half a year of prostration practice, she recovered completely. Previously she had problems holding things with her hands, now she can perform a lot of tasks, including sewing. When I was at Korea, she even prepared a Korean meal for me. She told me:[ I am very healthy and happy now.] .
At times, it is very hard to predict the benefits of meditation. However, generally one’s health will improve after meditation.

如何化解一切煩惱和疾病?

慈悲心引領著我們,讓我們的心變得無比寬廣,就像大海,無論多麼髒的水,大海都能接受,這種巨大的包容,就是「佛」的大慈悲心。
.
很多的疾病,都是來自於我們的心、我們的意識、我們的判斷,只有非常寬廣的心才不會受傷。比如說同樣被罵了一句:「你笨得簡直像豬一樣」,有的人聽了之後想:「豬也挺可愛的?」微微一笑,轉個身就忘了;有的人聽了,馬上暴跳如雷,拔刀相向。
.
所以我們用「大慈大悲」的心、寬容的心,包容一切,哪怕一開始是虛假的,但若能常常這樣想,也能戰勝煩惱,把煩惱消化了。沒有煩惱就不會有疾病,很多腫瘤就是來自於煩惱。很多女性乳房裡面的腫瘤,是因為生氣,和欲望滿足不了所造成的。腫瘤其實是憋在你的心裡頭,而長在外面的肉。心如大海才能無憂無慮,才能化解一切的痛苦、一切的疾病。打開長壽之門的閥門,一切疾病就會消失。

因此,「慈悲心」再加一點「修行和功德」,我們每天就會活得健康快樂自在。

How to overcome troubling thoughts and illnesses?
.
Guided by compassion, our heart broadens to become more magnanimous, just like the sea. Regardless of how dirty the water is, the sea will never stop water from flowing into it. This acceptance and tolerance is similar to Buddha’s great compassion.
.
A lot of illnesses stem from one’s heart, subconscious mind and judgement. A person of compassion will not get hurt easily. For instance, if one is being scolded: “You are as stupid as a pig”, some may think: “Pigs are actually very adorable animals”. With a smile, these people turn around and forget about the incident. On the contrary, some may become furious and even get into a fight.
.
We must use a compassionate and magnanimous heart to tolerate and accept everything. Even though we may not really be compassionate to start with, we can overcome mental obstacles and troubles if we always harbour kind thoughts. When we are free from worries, we will not fall sick. Most of our body’s tumors stem from worries and troubling thoughts.
.
Anger and greed are the greatest causes of tumors in women’s breast. Tumors are actually external growth that result from oppressed emotions. One will only be free from troubling thoughts, sufferings and illnesses when one’s heart is broad and open. Once the door of longevity is opened, all illnesses will disappear.
.
Therefore (compassion) coupled with (Self-cultivation and positive karmic merits) will enable us to lead a healthy, peaceful and happy life.
.

【如何學會歡喜接受】

所謂:「良藥苦口利於病,忠言逆耳利於行」。
.
「人」都喜歡聽好聽的話,吃好吃的東西,一但聽到有人說你的不是或缺點,就會火冒三丈,恨不得把對方給狠揍一頓,所以大家見了你,只好說說客套話,好聽的話,恭維你一番。因此,人們就再也聽不到真實的話語了。當你看不見自己,究竟會給自己帶來什麼結果呢,我來給大家說個真實的故事吧!
.
戰國時代有個有名的神醫,叫 扁鵲。
有一天,扁鵲去見蔡桓公,說:「王啊,您的皮膚有點小毛病,求桓公讓我給您醫治吧。」
桓侯不悅的說:「我沒有病,你請回吧。」
扁鵲走後,桓公說:「大夫(醫生)總是喜歡給沒病的人治病,以此做為自己的功勞!」
.
過了十天,扁鵲對桓公說:「您的病已經到了肌肉裡,不醫治的話,會更加嚴重下去。」桓公一樣不予理睬。再過了十天,扁鵲見桓公,仍警告地說:「您的病已經到了腸胃,王怎麼就是不信呢?」說完扁鵲嘆口氣踱步離去,桓公還是不理。
.
再過了十天,扁鵲遠遠望見桓公,竟突然拔腿就跑。
扁鵲說:「現在桓公的病已深入骨髓裡,我也無能為力了,為了避免被殺頭我只好逃跑。」
沒多久,桓公果真開始渾身疼痛,派人去尋扁鵲,卻已遍尋不著,扁鵲已經逃到秦國去了。
桓公因為病入膏肓,也就死去了。
.
所以,我們對待逆耳的、打擊的話語和行為,要學會歡喜接受、更需要正向思考。好多逆耳的話,對我們本身就是一種幫助,學習勇敢面對問題,才有機會解決問題。
.

(Learn to accept graciously and happily)
.
As a popular Chinese saying goes: (A bitter medicine cures the disease. Honest advices may be unpleasant for the ears but they are beneficial to our general well-being.)
.
Humans love to listen to nice words and eat tasty food. The moment they hear honest opinions about their flaws, they get angry and may even have the urge to beat the other person up. As a result when people see you, they will only say pleasantries and words that flatter you. You will no longer be able to hear sincere and honest words. When you cannot see yourself clearly, what will be the outcome? Let me share a story!
.
During warring states period, there was a highly skilled doctor. His name was Bianque.
One day, Bianque went to see Cai Huangong and said: “Your majesty, you have some minor skin diseases, please allow me to treat you.”
Huangong said in displeasure: “I am not ill, please leave.”
After Bianque left, Huangong said to himself: “Doctors like to treat people who are not ill so as to gain credits for themselves!”
.
After ten days, Bianque told Huangong: “Your illness had spread to your muscles. If you do not seek for treatment, it will get worse.”
Again, Huangong ignored Bianque’s words. After another ten days, Bianque continued to warn Huangong when he saw him: “Your illness had spread to your stomach, why do you not trust me, your Majesty?” With these words, Bianque sighed and walked away. Huangong continued to remain indifferent to Bianque’s words.
.
Ten days later, the moment Bianque spotted Huangong from a distance, he immediately started running. Bianque said: “Huangong’s illness had spread to his bone marrow, there is nothing I can do to cure him now. To avoid being beheaded, I can only flee.”
.
Not long after, Huangong started to feel aching in his whole body. He sent his guards to look for Bianque but failed to locate hm. Bianque had run to neighboring Qin country to hide. As Huangong was beyond cure, he eventually passed on.
.
Hence when we hear words that are unpleasant to our ears, we must learn to accept graciously and contemplate whether there is truth in them. Sincere, honest advices are beneficial to us and we must learn to face our problems bravely. Only then would we be able to resolve them.
.
Today let us discuss in Guide to Meditation- Part 3 how we can learn to accept happily and graciously. Only then would we be able to rectify and correct our problems. We will only gain happiness when we are compassionate and brings happiness to people around us.

【好風水在於人心】

有這樣一個故事:

上古時期,有一位叫「舜」的帝王,在他做帝王以前,便以仁德、善良和能力著稱。當時的帝王「堯」為了考驗他,將他一個人放入森林中,要他半年內走出來。那個時候,森林遼闊,猛獸繁多,別說他一個人,就是一隊人馬都不一定能夠走出森林,何況「舜」手無寸鐵、身無餘糧。
.
結果,不出三個月「舜」就返回來了,一問之下才明白,竟是森林之王_獅子把他給馱回來的、還跟回了一群鹿馬牛羊。可見「舜」的大仁大愛,能與自然、與天地萬物相通;善的磁場吸引無數的生命聚集。種種的奇跡,使得「堯」對「舜」非常地滿意,就將自己的兩個女兒許配給「舜」為妻,並將王位傳給了「舜」。
.
「最大的風水是人心,最好的風水是慈悲!」
.
所以,如果你的心地善良,你居住的環境縱然是非常惡劣,幾年之後,這個地方也會變成風水寶地的,為什麼呢?因為你的善心把那個風水轉過來了。
.
還有,現在很多人都喜歡請風水師,來幫忙改運、改風水,其實一般的風水調整,並不能使人們的運氣、命運得到根本上的改變;只有行善、慈悲的能量與功德,才能使一個人獲得吉祥。
.
今天就讓我們一起來聊聊《禪修指導》(中),探討如何通過「禪修」
學習「行善」和「慈悲」,去改變風水、迎來好命運。

The essence of good fengshui lies within one’s heart
.
There is such a story:
During ancient times, there was an emperor named Shun. Before he became an emperor, he was known for his virtue, kindness and capability. To test his capability, the emperor then, Yao, ordered Shun to make his way independently out of a jungle within half a year.
.
At that time, jungles were known to be dangerous since they were filled with ferocious animals. Not to mention that Shun had the arduous task to make his way out of the jungle alone. Even an entire team of people may not be able to make their way out of the jungle alive. Moreover, Shun had no weapon to fend for himself. Neither did he have any food with him.
.
Unexpectedly, Shun managed to make his way out of the jungle unscathed within three months. In fact, he was escorted by a lion, the king of the forest and came out together with a group of deers, horses, goats and cows. Shun’s universal love managed to communicate with nature and the Universe.
.
His aura of kindness attracted and brought countless beings together. Yao was satisfied with Shun’s miraculous achievements and decided to marry two of his daughters to Shun and made him his successor.
.
(The greatest fengshui lies within one’s heart, in the form of compassion!)
.
Therefore if you are kind-hearted, your kindness can transform even the most difficult situation into a geomantic treasured site within a few years.
.
Nowadays a lot of people like to engage fengshui master to transform life destiny through fengshui enhancements. In reality, enhancements to fengshui cannot change life’s fundamentals by way of better luck and life destiny. A person can become more auspicious only through accumulating karmic merits by performing charitable deeds and exuding compassionate energy.
.
Today, let us discuss in (Guide to Meditation)- Part 2 how we can learn to be more compassionate and kind in our daily lives through meditation so as to change our fengshui and welcome better life destiny.

「Health」 can be easily attainable
.
Once there was an American billionaire. He owned one third of the land in the area in which he lived and was known as the richest man there. He lived to an age of 76 years. Before he passed on, he said angrily: “I want to live a longer life; whoever can extend my life by one more year, I will give him one million dollars! I have accumulated so much wealth in this life and I hope to enjoy for a longer time.” However, in the end, no one could help him and no doctor could extend his life span.
Hence, even if you have a lot of money, Chinese physicians and western doctors still cannot help to resolve a lot of health issues.

Actually, there is a very simple and easy method which does not need too much time and physical strength and can swiftly enable a person to accumulate 「energy」and 「health」- Energy Bagua. 如何「念佛」可以幫助自己也利於子孫?(2017年9月2日)

問:「祖先應該要保祐後代子孫,家宅興旺、順利平安?但為何有些人年年祭拜祖先,卻還是家運不好,進而生病.破財.家庭失和呢...?」

我說個故事給大家參考,也許會對許多人有幫助。
.
有一天,一位母親帶她的孩子來見我。
母親說:「我的孩子生下來,全身都是一條一條像刀劃過的斑紋,我帶孩子看遍了所有中、西醫,都沒有辦法處理,也找不出原因?孩子還經常做惡夢,夢到自己全身鮮血淋漓、甚至更夢到自己全身就剩一堆白骨。求師父救救我的孩子吧!」我瞭解了一下才明白,原來女士的父親、爺爺祖輩們全都是廚師,祖傳最擅長的菜餚,就是烹活魚,在活魚身上劃出一道一道口子來烹飪,這就好像她孩子身上的痕跡。

我告訴這位母親說:「妳去佛前用真誠的心,為自己的父母、祖先懺悔、念佛,並且需要勤力去作一些善行,好比說「放生、供燈、發心建道場」吧,不然我也沒別的法子了。」她聽完回去做了這一系列事情的一個月後,她兒子身上的斑痕明顯地淡了一半。所以,做功德、懺悔的作用力太大了!因為我們的祖先、父母過去所做過的一切錯事都會遺傳下來,使子孫後代不安,造成種種的疾病和人生障礙。
.
「真心誦念一句佛號,勝過萬兩黃金。」我們通過為父母祖先念佛、供燈,祈請佛菩薩加持。當我們的祖宗能安寧、祥和、自在了,我們才會平安、吉祥、自在。
.

Chanting for parents and ancestors benefits descendants (September 2, 2017) Question: “Ancestors should bless the descendants with prosperity and peace. However, why are some people constantly suffering from bad luck, disease, financial woes and breakups? Let me share a story that may be of some help to many people. One day, a mother brought her child to see me. The mother said, “Since birth, my son’s whole body has knife-like stripes. I took him to see both Western doctors and Chinese physicians but to no avail as none could identify the cause of his problem. He constantly had nightmares of blood dripping from his body and body turning into a pile of bones. Master, please help save my son!” After further probing, I found out that the mother’s father and forefathers were all chefs. Their expertise was cooking live fishes. The cuts that they made on the fishes resembled those marks on his son’s body. I told the mother, “Go before the Buddha, chant and repent sincerely for your parents and ancestors. Not only that, you have to diligently carry out good deeds such as releasing captive animals, offering lights before the Buddha and contributing to the construction of dharma cultivation halls. Otherwise, I have no other way.” She followed my advice and did a series of good deeds. A month later, the marks on her son’s body cleared out almost half. Thus, the force of merits accumulation and sincere repentance is great! Past misdeeds of ancestors and parents would be passed on to the descendants in the form of uneasiness, illness, obstacles and hindrances in lives. There is a saying – Sincere chanting of Buddha’s name is worth more than a ton of gold. Through light offering and sincere chanting for our parents and ancestors, we seek blessings from the Buddha and bodhisattvas. Only when our ancestors attain freedom and peace will we be safe, auspicious and peaceful. So how do we “chant and repent” to eliminate karmic debts and obstacles transmitted to us by our ancestors? 問:「祖先應該要保祐後代子孫,家宅興旺、順利平安?但為何有些人卻總是家運不好,進而生病.破財.家庭失和呢...?」

我說個故事給大家參考,也許會對許多人有幫助。

有一天,一位母親帶她的孩子來見我。
母親說:「我的孩子生下來,全身都是一條一條像刀劃過的斑紋,我帶孩子看遍了所有中、西醫,都沒有辦法處理,也找不出原因?孩子還經常做惡夢,夢到自己全身鮮血淋漓、甚至更夢到自己全身就剩一堆白骨。求師父救救我的孩子吧!」我瞭解了一下才明白,原來女士的父親、爺爺祖輩們全都是廚師,祖傳最擅長的菜餚,就是烹活魚,在活魚身上劃出一道一道口子來烹飪,這就好像她孩子身上的痕跡。

我告訴這位母親說:「妳去佛前用真誠的心,為自己的父母、祖先懺悔、念佛,並且需要勤力去作一些善行,好比說「放生、供燈、發心建道場」吧,不然我也沒別的法子了。」她聽完回去做了這一系列事情的一個月後,她兒子身上的斑痕明顯地淡了一半。所以,做功德、懺悔的作用力太大了!因為我們的祖先、父母過去所做過的一切錯事都會遺傳下來,使子孫後代不安,造成種種的疾病和人生障礙。

「真心誦念一句佛號,勝過萬兩黃金。」我們通過為父母祖先念佛、供燈,祈請佛菩薩加持。當我們的祖宗能安寧、祥和、自在了,我們才會平安、吉祥、自在。

如何補充能量、改善健康?(2017年8月26日)

有很多疾病,我們永遠也不知道患病的原因,想治好它,通常需要付出很多的時間。關鍵是,需要弄清楚身體健康和賺錢哪個更重要?
.
就像我們開車一樣,當發現車有兩三處壞了,許多人都抱持著「就湊合著開吧!」的心態,不去理會與修理,直到車子半路拋錨,沒有人來救援你的時候,才發現失去代步的雙腿,哪兒也走不了了,才懊悔自己當初沒有趁小問題時好好照顧車子。

同樣,我們要時常檢查自己,當發現小問題的時候就該去處理。
尤其是人到了一定年齡後,我們的身體更需要花時間去檢查、修理,不要等到所有零件都壞得差不多,想要去處理時,卻發現已藥石罔救。

而「禪修」,能讓我們的身體能量得到即時補充;又因為疾病的起因,很多是因為能量不平衡所引起的,通過「禪修」,可以使能量達到平衡,讓我們很快就能恢復往日的健康。

If we continue to drive a car that is faulty, it will eventually stop and not move. We may be stuck in a location where help is nowhere near.

Similarly, when we reach a certain age, we need to spend time on regular body check-ups to maintain our health. Do not wait till you are feeling very uncomfortable before you start to seek medical help. Do not say,” No! I need to make money to support my family!” You have to figure out which is more important – your health or making money.

There are many diseases for which we do not know the underlying causes. The healing process can be expensive and time consuming. Through meditation, however, our body can be recharged. If the illness is due to energy imbalance, meditation can help to rebalance the energy and enable us to regain our health.

【週六共修預告】如何改善人際關係(2017年8月19日)

生氣、痛苦、煩惱等負面情緒,對人身心的傷害有多大?
.
我曾經見過兩位女士在吵架,年齡大概都是五十多歲左右,其中一個女士吵架嘴特別快、特別狠。兩個人吵著利害,另一位女士當場氣到直挺挺地昏倒了!還住院了七八天。有時候對高手來說,光憑一張嘴就能當場把對方給氣死。所以,經過這個案例,我發現很多疾病是因為精神上的痛苦和壓力而導致的。
.
修習禪修之後,會讓我們的生命能量不斷增加,心理承受力會大大增強;同時,在禪修的過程中,因為心中常保持一份慈悲善念,就不容易產生情緒不穩而罵人,如此,減少了傷害他人、傷害自己的機會,對我們的身心靈健康將會有最直接的幫助。

每個人都活在這個群居的社會上,免不了需要和他人打交道。
改善人際關係、經營好自己的人生,成為咱們此生必修的功課!!

Online Global Group Practice on Saturday: How do we improve our interpersonal relationships? (August 19, 2017)

Anger, agony, troubling thoughts and negative emotions- How do these affect our physical health and mind?

I once came across two women in their mid-fifties quarreling. One of them was very fast and harsh in her response and words. In the midst of their heated arguments, one of them suddenly fainted and was hospitalized for 7 days!

There are cases where a person can literally die from anger because of another person’s words. Hence, through this case, I realized a lot of physical illnesses come about because of mental stress and unhappiness.

Through meditation practice, our life energy and tolerance level will increase. Since meditators tend to harbor kind and compassionate thoughts, they will not lose control of their emotions easily and start to scold others. This reduces the probability of inflicting hurt onto themselves or others, which in turn helps to maintain a healthy body and mind.

We are all part of one big social network. Everyone has to interact and deal with people in their daily lives.

Improving interpersonal relationships and better life management are vital skills which we all need to acquire!!

對待叛逆期的孩子,我們身為家長該如何去引導呢?以我的經驗以及調查,孩子綜合表現比較好的家長,通常是順著孩子來,有機會就讓孩子嘗試。

比如,當孩子一口把檸檬塞到嘴裡頭時,有一種家長會說:「別吃!」直接制止孩子吃檸檬;另一種家長則會說:「你嚐一嚐吧?」只要沒危險,都讓孩子試一試,讓孩子從學習裡得到經驗。

How do you handle your rebellious teenage children? (5 Aug, 2017)

Parents with teenage children worry and suffer from headaches. They feel that their children undergo a dramatic transformation, no longer obey their parents and become more temperamental as they enter a rebellious stage. Many teenagers think they know best and do things their way. However, a lot of times what they do are inappropriate and parents find it hard to control them and this becomes a delicate problem for parents to handle.

How do parents handle and guide rebellious teenagers?
From my experience and finding, children with better behavior tend to have more accommodating parents who let them try new things when opportunity arises.

Say a child places a piece of lemon in his mouth. Some parents will immediately say, “Don’t eat it!” and immediately prevent the child for doing that. Another group of parents will instead say, “You can chew and try the taste!”. As long as there is no danger, let your child try so that he can learn for his own experiences.

Educating a child is like cooking. When there is a need to exert control, parents have to intervene. However, to what degree should parents intervene so that there is a balance? 如何開闊自己的心胸、減少不必要的煩惱?

在一個中國皇帝的故事裡:漢武帝的媽媽是一個心胸殘忍、又很狹小的一個女人,好不容易熬到她兒子當政、當皇帝之後,和自己的弟弟兩個一起合作,拿了很多農地圈在皇帝的名下。雖她貴為皇太后,但一聽底下的官員占了多少農地,就怕搶輸了人,也跟著占農地去了、還為她兒子占塊地,真是可笑之極。
.
皇帝說:「天下都是我的,我要那一塊兒小小農地有何用途啊?」
.
他媽媽說:「天下都是你的,好像你抓不住、也摸不著。只有咱列在自己名下這一塊,才感覺像是我自己的。」
.
皇帝說:「錯了,這個國家正掌握在我手裡頭,我怎麼會摸不到它呢?妳要什麼有什麼,妳要那塊地有什麼用啊?」他媽媽至死都不認為自己的想法是錯誤的。這是什麼原因呢?——是心胸太小了!
.
心不夠開闊,是因為心不夠慈悲。心胸博大了,才能對很多原來計較的小事不再在意,不會受制於很多煩惱,才能成就大事業。

Compassion allows us to connect with the infinite energy of the universe (July 29, 2017)

How can we become more magnanimous and tolerant towards others so as to reduce unnecessary troubling thoughts?

A story about a Han Dynasty Chinese emperor: The Emperor of the Han, Han Wu-Ti’s mother was a cruel and narrow-minded woman. When her son finally ascended the throne and gained control of the country, she and her brother conspired to seize land from her son’s subjects on her son’s behalf and placed the land all under his name.

Though she was the Empress Dowager of the Han dynasty, she was petty-minded and fought with others to gain ownership of more land. Her actions were truly laughable!

The emperor told his mother: “The entire empire belongs to me, why do I want to bother myself with a small plot of land?”

His mother replied: “Though the empire belongs to you, it is not tangible. You are not able to touch it. We will feel secure only when the land is listed under our name since that proves our legal ownership.”

The emperor said: “Ridiculous! I run and control the country, what do you mean I cannot touch it? I can give you whatever you desire. What is the use of clinging on to a small plot of land?” However, the dowager empress remained unconvinced despite her son’s words. Why is that so? She is too narrow-minded!

A person’s heart is narrow because he is not compassionate enough. Only when he becomes magnanimous and broad-hearted, will he not get bogged down by daily trifling matters and is able to focus on the important things in life to achieve great accomplishments.

在一個中國皇帝的故事裡:漢武帝的媽媽是一個心胸殘忍、又很狹小的一個女人,好不容易熬到她兒子當政、當皇帝之後,和自己的弟弟兩個一起合作,拿了很多農地圈在皇帝的名下。雖她貴為皇太后,但一聽底下的官員占了多少農地,就怕搶輸了人,也跟著占農地去了、還為她兒子占塊地,真是可笑之極。

皇帝說:「天下都是我的,我要那一塊兒小小農地有何用途啊?」
.
他媽媽說:「天下都是你的,好像你抓不住、也摸不著。只有咱列在自己名下這一塊,才感覺像是我自己的。」
.
皇帝說:「錯了,這個國家正掌握在我手裡頭,我怎麼會摸不到它呢?妳要什麼有什麼,妳要那塊地有什麼用啊?」他媽媽至死都不認為自己的想法是錯誤的。這是什麼原因呢?——是心胸太小了!
.
心不夠開闊,是因為心不夠慈悲。心胸博大了,才能對很多原來計較的小事不再在意,不會受制於很多煩惱,才能成就大事業。
