曬棉襖好過冬
.
今天，是陽曆十一月八日、為二十四節氣的「立冬」。
「立冬」代表著冬天的來臨，萬物活動漸漸蜇伏。而人們也必須趁此時好好「養藏」身心。
.
傳說，在立冬這一天，古代的帝王、天子會換上一件厚暖的棉襖；並且，在這一天賞賜象徵富貴吉祥的冬衣，給辛勞了一整年的諸位大臣們都能過個暖冬。
.
在「立冬」之日，我們也要心懷感恩；感恩天地賜予的溫暖陽光；感恩父母讓我們不愁吃穿，感恩一切擁有，並且樂於分享。
.
翻開衣櫃，曬出冬衣，感謝它們年年陪伴我們過暖冬；也將那些許久未上身的冬衣，送給有需要的人們吧。

曬出冬衣時，觀照自我，其實人的需求並不多！
送出冬衣時，觀照蒼生，皆得菩薩溫暖與呵護！
當你穿上冬衣，會發現自己原來如此富足和幸福。

If a person is contented, even simple acts such as lying on the ground or on the turf will make him feel very happy and contented. Those who aren’t contented will feel that even if they are in paradise or heaven, life is unsatisfactory and there is always something missing.
Therefore, a person’s sense of well-being is not determined by how rich or poor he is, or the amount of material possessions he has, it is dependent on his perception of the world.
When you are contented and filled with gratitude, you will not be bounded by external material desires. Naturally, you will not encounter obstacle, and will become a rich and prosperous person.

金色祝福_留住金色吉祥與富貴！

過去，我經常看到一個小小金娃娃，一恍，從一戶人家裡面噔噔噔跑出去，跑到鄰居家去了。還有的時候，從張家出來之後，拐了好幾個彎，跑到村裡另外那一戶人家去了。三年之後，金娃娃跑進去的那一戶人家，竟然開始發達、富有了；而原來有金娃娃的那一家，家運和經濟上就沒落了。因為金娃娃跑走了？
.
我們一般都信「財神爺」，但是真正你家要想發財，憑的還是「福氣」！
因為，財富之源肉眼是看不到的，也許此刻你家裡並不富有，但是你若有一顆慈悲的心、海一樣的度量和境界，就能招感吉祥的金娃娃(財神)來到你家。
那麼，要怎樣才能招感吉祥的「金娃娃」來到你家呢？
告訴你很簡單的2個方法…

一、「修行」，吉祥能量是修出來的。
其實，我們「禪修」修的是吉祥的能量。好多是非的引發是因為「心裡」所想，由一個「意念」產生的。然後由意念，決定了我們的行為和結果。當我們的心時常去想吉祥，去修吉祥的能量，那麼就會產生更加吉祥、富貴的能量與結果。
.
二、「多做善事」，保持善心善行，吉祥能量就會來。
「吉祥的能量」首先來自於被幫助的人。譬如你幫助過A，當A心裡產生感恩的時候想著：「你人真好，我很感謝你，祝你吉祥，祝你幸福。」這樣「吉祥的能量」就會像一團金色的光芒，來到你的生命之中，你這個人就真的開始吉祥了。

所以，我的總結是…..
當你的心很慈悲，金娃娃、金老鼠、幸運之神就會來到你家。大家多做善事、多做吉祥慈悲的事情，我們就會發財，就會幸福，就會順利。

大家在聽我聊天的時候，你的心裡也要這樣想：「我最慈悲，我最吉祥，我不騙人，我不做壞事。」最後，願金色吉祥的光芒_讓您好運年年、富貴年年、吉祥健康、幸福快樂！

Golden blessings – Retain golden auspiciousness and prosperity!
In the past, I have often seen a small golden child hopping out from one house to the neighboring house. When the child left the house of the Zhang family, it made several turns and hopped into a neighboring house. Three years later, the neighboring family prospered while the family from which the golden child left started to experience deteriorating luck and even went into financial difficulty. All these happened because the golden child left?
We generally believe in the God of Wealth but if you want your family to prosper, you need to possess good fortune! The source of wealth cannot be seen with the naked eye. Perhaps at this moment, your family is not doing well financially, however with a compassionate heart and broad mind and state, you will attract auspicious golden child (God of Wealth) to your house. So, how do we attract auspicious golden child to our house? Let me share with you 2 simple methods….
First, 「Self-cultivate」, the good news is auspicious energy can be cultivated! In reality, meditation generates auspicious energy. Majority of conflicts and gossips arise because of the way we think, it all starts with an initial thought. Our thoughts determine our behavior and end result. When we constantly think of auspicious energy, we will gain auspiciousness and prosperity because of the positive energy being generated.
Secondly, 「perform more charitable acts」, when we possess a kind heart and do more good deeds, we will attract auspicious energy. The source of auspicious energy comes from the people whom we have helped. For instance, if we have helped A, when A feels grateful towards us and think: “You are so kind, I am very grateful to you. May you be blessed with auspiciousness and happiness.” This auspicious energy will manifest in the form of golden illumination and enter our lives. From that moment onwards, we start to become auspicious.
Hence, to conclude…
When we are compassionate, golden child, golden rat, God of Wealth will visit our house. I encourage all to perform more charitable, auspicious and compassionate acts. Only then will we become prosperous and be blessed with a smooth and happy life.
As you are listening to me, think silently in your heart: “I am most compassionate, I am most auspicious, I will not perform malicious acts.”

Being generous leads to a prosperous life

Why are some people born prosperous and auspicious and lead a smooth life? Why do some people succeed in life easily with minimum effort while others fail to get what they want though they try very hard? This is because of life destiny!

If you want to change your life destiny, you need to accumulate more positive karmic merits through performing charity work and giving generously. If we are generous in giving, good fortune and destiny will come to us naturally. People who are destined for a hard life will find their life transformed for the better through accumulating positive merits.

Hence accumulating positive merits can help us avert calamities and transform our life to an auspicious and blessed one and assist us in gaining wisdom and capability, which is essential for achieving career success.

People who always give generously to help the poor will gain blessings from Buddha and Bodhisattvas and those that frequently make offerings to Buddha, Bodhisattvas and great enlightened cultivators will accumulate karmic merits, eradicate past accumulated karmic debts and even attain success in life.

美好的祝福，生日隨想~

之前，我總覺得慶祝生日的人挺傻的？
記得大家小時候都喜歡過生日，是因為覺得我在長大？！但是當女生，一到二十歲以後過生日，就開始說：「我只有十八歲。」馬上就開始不長年齡，不長個兒了。
.
所以過了二十五歲的生日，並不是大家特別喜愛的事，當然我也不太在乎了，因為不過生日，也會變老啊；現在過生日，是想著：至少可以讓大家一起吃個蛋糕，一起來歡喜。
.
這一天，除了給自己許一個願，也希望大家都許個願。
祝愿每個人都「健康、快樂、富貴、慈悲！」
祝願每個人都是最「吉祥」的人！
希望每個人「一生平安！」
希望每個菩提同修都能夠「孝敬父母！」

Depending on our mindset when performing these charitable acts, the impact on our lives can be very different.
