【金菩提養生食譜】四寶粉
.
血栓一旦形成，很可能引發嚴重的心腦血管疾病，危及生命。推薦大家一個有效活血化瘀、預防血栓和降三高的養生小配方，促進全身的血液循環，保護我們心腦血管的健康！

成分：三七、西洋參、丹參、石斛
以上藥材，按照1:1:1:1 的分量磨成粉，均勻混合。

每天早晚各一次，取 5-10克，用溫開水攪拌均勻，即可服用。

1）以下人群不適合服用：癌症、化療期、孕婦、幼兒、低血壓、過敏體質、經期中、感冒期間
2）不宜和蘿蔔、茶一起服用，會降低藥效
