適用人群：腳氣、腳癬、脫皮、雞眼、下半身痛（腰、腿、腳）、抽筋、腹痛、脫髮、月經不調、痛經、出虛汗
.
『配方』
生薑：6大厚片
大蔥白：2根
花椒：一小把
鹽：30g（一小勺）
白醋半瓶
水大半鍋，燒開後煮10分鐘
.
【泡腳溫度】
泡腳水溫度以熱到腳可以承受為宜，最好一直保持溫度。
.
【泡腳時間】
每天睡前泡腳20分鐘左右，快的幾天可以見效！為了保持效果，建議連續泡腳一個月。
.
【注意事項】
泡完腳後，要把腳擦乾。擦腳的布要乾淨，可以用廚房用紙，避免重複性感染；
泡完腳後，3小時內不出門。最好睡前泡，之後不出門，也不要吹空調，避免受風；
腳擦乾後，可以抹一點凡士林（潤滑）
