[Prayers for the Disaster at the Nepal-Tibet Border] .
On August 26, severe flash floods and mudslides struck the border region between Nepal and Tibet. Multiple villages, roads, and buildings were destroyed in an instant. The tragedy has already claimed at least 160 lives, with hundreds still missing as search-and-rescue operations race against time.
.
We sincerely pray for the compassionate blessings of Medicine Buddha to ease this suffering and bring peace to the region. May the Buddha’s light shine upon all those affected! May the missing be found safe and sound, and may the departed be guided to a peaceful rebirth, free from all suffering.
.
May our world be blessed with favorable weather, good health, and lasting peace for all!
