  11. 情商可能是“不单可以解决一些问题，而且更能避免一些问题”，高情商，总是让人赏心悦目，让生活充满乐趣。很小的时候就听我哥（当时在读大学）说过这件事：一个服务员，端菜上桌时，拇指浸到了菜汁里，客人生气地说了，那知服务员笑笑地说，“不要紧，没烫着”，这事就化解过去了。后来我哥说，说话的艺术是“打蛇随棍上”，接着客人的话说上去，四辆拨千斤。这可能就是情商的一个表现。我也要学学高情商的艺术，期待师父的开示分享！🙏🙏🙏

    关于情商：没跟师父学佛的时候，我就是那只小刺猬，满身都是刺，工作中活干的非常好，可是嘴上不饶人，出力不讨好，今天通过师父开示！我醒悟了，懂得情商的重要性，跟着高情商的人，学习说话的艺术和处世的方法，感恩师父！
