1、 紅棗菊花粥:大棗50克,大米100克,菊花15克,食材加水同煮至粘稠即可,也可加紅糖調味。
2、 明目菊花茶:枸杞子10克,菊花6克,決明子20克,沸水沖泡,加蓋悶15分鐘即可飲用。
3、 菊花火鍋:在火鍋的底湯中,加入鮮嫩的菊花瓣,可以增加湯汁的清香和鮮美。

1. Red Dates-Chrysanthemum porridge: Red dates 100g, Chrysanthemum 15g; put both in water and bring to boil till it is sticky. Optional to add brown sugar for personal taste.

2. Chrysanthemum tea for better vision: Wolf-berry 10g, Chrysanthemum 6g, Cassia 20g, put all in boiling water, and then simmer for 15 minutes before consumption.

3. Chrysanthemum hotpot: add fresh Chrysanthemum petals to the hotpot soup to enhance the flagrance and taste of the soup base.
