What’s a Meditation Retreat?
Ignorance and doubt about the universal truths are the nemesis of dharma cultivators.
This is because the level of confidence will determines the level we can attain in our cultivation.
We need bright illumination to overcome ignorance and darkness.
The objective of practicing the “Meditation of Greater Illumination” is to chase away the inner darkness and illuminate our hearts.
It also cultivates compassion in us and eventually lifts us to an elevated state of existence.
