【整容改變面相，也能改變命運嗎】

我到了韓國，就有韓國同修問我一個非常難以回答的問題：「如果今天我們用人工的方法改變五官，有可能變好命嗎？」
.
大家說呢？如果你做了手術，矮鼻子變高了、小眼睛變大眼睛，這會不會改變命運？我估計也是有兩個結果的。
.
有一則新聞曾報導，一位女士因為割雙眼皮，手術失敗了，她的眼睛一下就變老了二十年。之後醫生又為她採取補救措施，結果很悲慘，做完之後毀容了。她需要用二十五年的時間打官司。當然我不知道她的命運本來是不是就是這樣，但她的人生真的就此改變了。

我還見過一個做音樂的藝術家，他年齡可能比我大十二歲，比我老很多。我們倆在一起的時候，如果只看臉他比我還年輕幾歲，但是不能細看，仔細看的時候發現他臉上好幾道刀口，都是美容後的痕跡。因為他本來長得也不差、又做了這麼多的保養，所以他變得很年輕。三、四年以後，他愛上了別的女人。可是生意是他太太打理，太太一生氣不管了，他買的那些設備都很貴，幾十萬美金，比如說60萬買來的，他太太一生氣5萬塊錢就賣掉了，賠得很慘。原配老婆跑了。他沒錢了，這年輕的姑娘也不理他了，他的家庭徹底瓦解了，三個孩子都不理他。

所以這個美容手術是否能改變命運，結果已經出來了，就是「不一定」。要想改變我們的命運，靠做手術沒有什麼作用。而是要有慈悲心生起，才有機會為自己的人生迎來光明與幸福。

In our lifetime, we will surely meet many people. Many are merely acquaintances and only a handful few will make it into our inner circle. For these few, we always use ‘fate’ to explain the relationship.
What is fate? What’s the cause?
I am sure many of you will be curious and in search of the reason behind the mystery of fate. How shall we deal with the ‘fated relationships’ already in our life?
