今天，是觀世音菩薩的生日，讓我們一起真誠誦念觀世音菩薩聖號。為自己、為家人以及所有眾生祈褔！！

願所有苦難中的人們，都能離苦得樂；
願在病中的人們，都能獲得良醫治療、恢復健康；
願世界和平、光明、不再有征戰；
願所有有情眾生，無論感情、家庭、事業，都能心想事成！

真誠念佛，與佛溝通。
希望有緣遇見佛的你，或還沒遇見佛的人兒，都能獲得佛菩薩的慈悲加持，健康、吉祥、幸福、快樂。

Dear GuanYin Bodhisattva, wishing you a happy birthday
The GuanYin Bodhisattva is like our mother – compassionate, warm and responsive to our needs. She always helps resolve to the varied challenges we encounter, and provides us with the relevant resources in our lives.
Today is the birthday of the GuanYin Bodhisattva. Let us sincerely chant to the GuanYin Bodhisattva. Pray and seek blessings for not only ourselves, but our loved ones, and for all sentient beings!!
May all sentient beings who are suffering be liberated and joyous,
May those who are unwell recover and be healthy,
May there be world peace, illumination and no confrontations or wars,
May sentient beings’ wishes – relationship, family, and career – all come true!
Sincere veneration allows us to be close to the Buddha.
Those who aspire to meet with the Buddha, or who have not yet been acquainted with the Buddha, can still receive the compassionate blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, including health, auspiciousness, fortune and joy.
For these are the wishes of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas …

有很多願望是可以達成的，但是它要分時間、分地點，還要看這個願望適不適合你。要知道我們所求的，菩薩給了，我們接到了就是接到了；暫時沒接到，心裡也還是想著「我已經接到了、收到了」。要有這樣的想法，還要懷有恭敬之心。

祂給的，就是你該得的；你此刻沒感覺得到的，其實也會得到，只是要到了那個時間點，它才能來。

Absolute Sincerity Begets Bliss and Happy Outcomes
The realization of your aspiration depends on timing, place, and even its suitability for you.
You have to genuinely believe you have attained your aspiration, as bestowed by the Bodhisattva.
Though it may not yet be fulfilled, you must focus with a respectful heart on: “I have attained, I have achieved.”
A gift that comes to you is what you deserve. Initially, you may not sense the receiving of it. When the opportune time arrives, it will be presented to you.

【觀世音菩薩的大願大行】

3月16日是大慈大悲觀世音菩薩聖誕的日子，這天的磁場非常強大，也非常吉祥，若能在這天恭奉、誦念、發願、禮敬菩薩，就會得到很多意想不到的好處。在這樣的日子，我們去祈請祂是最最重要的。
.
觀世音菩薩發了大誓願，要為眾生救苦救難。如果你有無法解決的難關，就向菩薩祈求吧！無論是你自己的願望，還是親人的願望，都可以借這個吉祥的日子向佛菩薩祈求，只要懷有一顆恭敬的心，都是可以求的。

在祈請菩薩時，要怎麼做才會更靈驗呢？要怎麼做菩薩才會幫助我們達成所願呢？歡迎大伙兒本週六來禪堂共修，聽我說說如何讓祈請更靈驗。並與我在佛前，洗盡塵累，靜心唱誦佛號，共同祈福。祝福大家都能得健康智慧，幸福快樂！.

[ The Aspirations of Avalokitesvara ]
.
March 16th is the birthday of the revered Avalokitesvara, the Bodhisattva of Great Compassion. This day will be filled with great energy and auspiciousness.
.
Avalokitesvara fulfills earnest requests for, and bestows happiness upon, those who chant and make offerings with sincerity. It is an important day which all are encouraged to venerate.
.
The embodiment of great compassion, Avalokitesvara has vowed to free all sentient beings from sufferings. When faced with difficulty, or when you are saying a prayer for yourself or for others, make a heartfelt call to Avalokitesvara. The Bodhisattva will hear you and reach out to relieve your suffering and grant your wishes.
.
How can we make our prayers heard? What should we do so Avalokitesvara will help us fulfill our wishes?
.
I welcome everyone to practice together at your Bodhi Meditation Center this Saturday. Let me share what we can do to have our prayers answered. Together we shall repent in front of the Buddha, cleanse ourselves of negative energy, calm our hearts, chant, and pray for blessings. I wish everyone good health, wisdom, prosperity, and happiness.
