秋季天乾降水少,皮膚乾癢不停擾。
眠淺睡少起夜跑,看啥都愁甚煩惱。
秋氣好比一猛虎,冷暖寒涼疾病找。
若想伏虎防秋燥,食補運動不能少。
湯湯水水潤腸胃,少吃辛辣與煎烤。
菌中之冠銀耳好,開胃潤肺功效高。
山藥健脾補虛好,燉煮蒸食也能炒。
蓮子葡萄和雪梨,滋陰防燥都挺好。
南瓜渾身都是寶,降糖護腎補氣妙。
秋高氣爽宜登高,走走八卦元氣飽。
遠離悲秋情緒好,年紀雖老心不老。
學學小兒啥都好,幸福就在身邊找。
