這裡先預祝全天下的母親：母親節快樂！
身體健康、長壽、幸福、快樂！
分享一個感人的網路故事給大家。

【故事：媽媽的一百元】
.
我的家境並不富裕，父親因為疾病在三歲時就離開了我們，母親給人洗衣賺錢。所以，我知道自己需要比別人更努力，才可能讓母親在未來過上好日子。
.
18歲那年，我以優異的成績考上好大學。母親對我說：「孩子，你就放心去讀書吧，錢媽媽會想辦法。」我滿心歡喜地準備前往學校住宿的行囊。在臨行前一天，我聽見鄰里間的言談，才知道母親為了給我湊足學費曾多次去賣血。我在心中立志一定要好好讀書，不枉費母親對我的這番苦心。

大二寒假，我回到家，看見母親又在寒冷的冬天裏給人家洗衣服，手都凍裂了。母親說：「別的工作不好找，只有洗衣服，一件衣服一塊錢，那些都是富人家的衣服，需要用手仔細的慢慢洗。」
.
這天晚上，母親領到錢高興地說：「孩子，媽媽今天賺了200塊錢。」 說著就掏口袋，誰知口袋裏只剩下一張百元紙鈔！母親一下子慌了，二話沒說就慌慌張張地轉身跑了出去。我也隨著母親一起去找錢。外面很黑，不僅風大還飄著雪，母親打著手電筒，邊走邊找，在寒風中來來回回地找了三趟。我看見母親的淚流了下來，母親卻笑說是外邊風雪大。

是啊，那是母親辛苦洗了100件衣服的報酬啊！
我心疼地說：「媽，別找了，天亮了再找吧。」 母親卻執意地找下去。
.
我只好偷偷從母親給的生活費中抽出100元，放在院子裏。果然，沒多久就聽見母親驚喜的聲音：「孩子，找到了！錢找到了！」 我奔出去，配合著母親的驚喜。母親說：「找著的這張就給你在學校買零食吃，千萬別餓著了。」

幾年之後，我大學畢業，有了一份好工作。也把母親接到了城裏，母親再也不用替人洗衣服了。那張百元大鈔，我沒捨得花，還一直留著。那是我和母親找了大半夜，是溫暖，是踏實。
.
過了幾年，我笑著對母親說：「那100元其實是我放在那裏的。」母親卻回我：「我知道的！」我吃了一驚：「媽，妳怎麼知道的？」 母親說：「我領回的錢都會做記號，那張百元紙上的記號不是當天的，又是在院子裏撿的。我就知道那是你怕我著急放的。我想，兒子這樣心疼我，我不能再找了！」

我上前抱住母親，眼睛瞬間濕了。。。

曬棉襖好過冬 . 今天，是陽曆十一月八日…

曬棉襖好過冬
.
今天，是陽曆十一月八日、為二十四節氣的「立冬」。
「立冬」代表著冬天的來臨，萬物活動漸漸蜇伏。而人們也必須趁此時好好「養藏」身心。
.
傳說，在立冬這一天，古代的帝王、天子會換上一件厚暖的棉襖；並且，在這一天賞賜象徵富貴吉祥的冬衣，給辛勞了一整年的諸位大臣們都能過個暖冬。
.
在「立冬」之日，我們也要心懷感恩；感恩天地賜予的溫暖陽光；感恩父母讓我們不愁吃穿，感恩一切擁有，並且樂於分享。
.
翻開衣櫃，曬出冬衣，感謝它們年年陪伴我們過暖冬；也將那些許久未上身的冬衣，送給有需要的人們吧。
.
曬出冬衣時，觀照自我，其實人的需求並不多！
送出冬衣時，觀照蒼生，皆得菩薩溫暖與呵護！
當你穿上冬衣，會發現自己原來如此富足和幸福。
.

微笑的力量

有一家大名鼎鼎的花店，想以高薪聘請一位售花小姐，招聘廣告一張帖後，前來應聘的人多如過江之鯽。經過幾番口試，最後留下了三位女孩，花店經理讓她們每人經營花店一週，打算從中挑選最優秀的一人。
.
這三個女孩，一個曾在花店賣過花，一個是花藝學校的應屆畢業生，另一個女孩則沒有任何花藝經驗。
.
賣過花的女孩，聽到經理以一週的成績為應聘標準，心中竊喜：「插花、賣花對我來說是駕輕就熟的。」幾乎每一個進花店的人，她都能想辦法讓客人掏錢買花。一週下來，她的銷售成績相當不錯。
.
第二位應屆畢業生，她充分發揮書本上學來的知識經營花店。一週後，她的經營成績也非常不錯。
.
最後這位沒有任何花藝經驗的女孩，她雖然沒有任何相關經驗，但是她的臉上總是掛著美麗的微笑。所有來店裡看花的客人，都被女孩溫暖的笑容所吸引，紛紛幫女孩推薦客人來買花。
.
一週後，女孩的銷售成績出來了，成績遠遠高出有賣花經驗的前兩位女孩。
.
最後，花店經理滿意地留下沒有賣花經驗的女孩。
.
兩位女孩離去前，花店經理感慨地對她們說：「
妳們的能力非常優秀，但是要明白，用鮮花賺再多的錢是有限的，用美麗的笑容與心情去經營才是無限的。
.
精湛的花藝，可以靠努力學習來獲得，而散發像花朵一樣美麗、燦爛的氛圍，是能力無法做到的。因為這裡面包含著一個人的氣質、品德以及藝術和修養。」
.
微笑能予人溫暖；
微笑能予人力量；
微笑能使人信心滿滿；
微笑是人生最寶貴的財富！！

The Power of Smile

There was a famous flower shop that offered to pay a high salary to hire a floral sales associate. When the job advertisement was posted, there were several job applicants. After some rounds of interviews, three ladies were shortlisted, and the floral shop manager let each lady run the shop operations for a week, intending to pick the best candidate.

Of the three ladies, one had sold flowers at a florist previously; one was a fresh graduate of a floral management school; and the last had no practical experience in floral arrangement.

The lady who had sold flowers previously heard that the manager’s criteria was a week’s sales results. Secretly pleased, she thought, “Flower arrangement and sales are most familiar to me”. Thus, she found ways to try to get everyone who entered the shop to buy flowers. As the week ended, her sales results were pretty good.

The second fresh graduate gave full play to the knowledge she learnt from school to run the florist. A week later, her business performance was also impressive.

Last, for the lady who had no background in running a florist, while she lacked relevant experience, she always wore a beautiful smile on her face. All the customers who came in to check out the flowers were attracted by the lady’s warm smile and helped to recommend more customers to buy flowers.

A week followed, and as the sales results were tallied, the last lady’s results were far higher than the first two ladies who had prior experience and capability.

Eventually, the shop manager hired the lady with no prior experience in selling flowers.

Before the two ladies left, the floral shop manager solemnly explained to them, “You may have strong capabilities, but if you focus on floral sales, your potential is limited. However, with a beautiful smile and positive vibe, your potential is limitless.

Superb floral art arrangement can be picked up through diligence, but to exude an exceptional and radiant smile that complement the flowers is a quality that is hard to come by. This is much due to the person’s temperament, moral character, aesthetic appreciation and cultivation.

A smile can radiate warmth;
A smile can garner strength;
A smile can inspire confidence;
The Smile is life’s most precious asset!!

Let us now raise the corners of our lips, smile together and feel the marvelous power of our smiles!

愛護生命

因故失去身體一部份的人，常常會裝上義肢以方便行動；可若是動物受傷、疾病而肢體殘缺時，等待著牠們的往往是殘酷的命運。這位人間菩薩專門研發為動物們製作的義肢，讓牠們可以重新站起來，並且迎向新生命，這樣的情懷，是不是很令人感動呢？

傳說，擁有一頭漂亮金髮的老婆婆，有兩只非常可愛而美麗的大耳朵，它是用來聆聽孩子們的願望。他的工作是，為全世界的孩子們圓滿願望，並且送去禮物，他的願望是：「看見全世界的孩子們，燦爛、天真的笑容，並且幸福的沈睡夢鄉。」

而大小孩子們都喜愛的「聖誕老人」願望是怎麼來的呢？
在數千年前的_斯堪納維亞島中，一個風雪交加的聖誕夜裡，有一對饑寒交迫的小男孩，因為大雪覆蓋天地好幾個月了，家家戶戶緊鎖門戶，糧食更顯得珍貴，他一路走一路敲門，卻不見善心的人家願意給他一口飯吃，當他覺得自己將要被凍死的時候，突然面前出現了一個大耳婆婆，接待他吃了一頓豐盛的聖誕晚餐，還貼心的為小男孩準備溫暖的寢具，隔日大雪竟奇蹟似的停了。

臨走前，大耳婆婆特別折了一根杉樹枝送給他，並叮囑說：「你找個肥沃的土地將它種下吧，並且細心地呵護它，他將會長成一顆非常美麗的小樹，年年此日，將會禮物滿枝，但是你必須繼續完成我的願望，為所有跟你一樣，需要幫助的孩子們送去溫暖，為他們圓滿願望。」

原來那位大耳婆婆，是千手千眼_觀世音菩薩的化身，而那個小男孩，就是現在的聖誕老公公。

後來許多受到大耳婆婆幫助的孩子們長大了，他們也都立志要成為聖誕老人的化身，聖誕節的溫暖氛圍從此流傳下來，千古不衰，甚至化身成千千萬萬的聖誕老人！

因此，每年的12月，聖誕老人都會灑下漫天的雪花與祝福 ，並且送出禮物 ?給孩子們，從此許多孩子們再也不受飢凍所苦了。
因為，這就是佛的願望。。。

Warmth in snowy white season- Big ear granny

According to legend, there was a granny with beautiful golden hair. She had a pair of attractive big ears to listen to the wishes of children from all over the world.

Her job was to fulfil the dreams and wishes of children by sending them presents. Her wish: (to see radiant and happy smiles on the innocent faces of all children and ensure they go to bed with pleasant dreams.)
.
How does the wish of Santa Claus (children’s all-time favourite character) come about?
.
Few thousand years ago at an island of Scandinavia, on a snowy and windy Christmas night , there was a little boy who was feeling very hungry and cold. Due to a few months of heavy snow, every household locked their houses and windows tightly to keep out the cold and food was precious and rare. As the boy walked on the street, he knocked on each door, hoping that some kind soul would offer him warm food. However, no one offered him and he continued to remain hungry. Just when he was about to freeze to death, a granny with big ears appeared in front of him. The granny offered him a sumptuous Christmas dinner and thoughtfully prepared a warm mattress and blanket for the night. On the very next day, the snow miraculously stopped.

Before the boy left, big ear granny gave him a redwood branch and instructed him: “Find a fertile land to grow this redwood branch. Look after it well and it will grow into a beautiful tree. On this day of every year, the tree will be filled with presents. However, I have one condition: you must help to fulfil my dream by giving out warmth and hope to children like yourself and others who needed help, make their wishes come true.”

Apparently the big ear granny was the incarnation of Thousand Hands Thousand Eyes Guanyin Bodhisattva and the little boy was Santa Claus.

Subsequently, children who received help from big ear granny grew up and aspired to be incarnation of Santa Claus. From then on, this heart-warming tradition of Christmas passed down over generations and manifest in the form of thousands and millions of Santa Claus!
.
Since then, on the December of every year, Santa Claus would sprinkle glittering brilliance and wishes to fill the entire sky and send out presents to children. Thanks to Santa Claus, children no longer suffer from hunger and bitter cold. All this is possible because it is the wish of Buddha….
