【金盆洗手，改掉壞習慣！】
.
吉祥殊勝的『浴佛節』，也是在佛前金盆洗手，改掉壞習慣的最佳時機。只要真誠地在佛前發願，就能得佛菩薩的加持，幫助我們完善自己，從歪道中脫離。
.
如果你家附近有菩提禪堂或合適的寺廟，建議在道場佛前進行儀式，會增強你改掉壞毛病的決心。如果附近沒有合適的道場，在家中也要恭恭敬敬地在佛像或唐卡前發誓。佛陀對你的見證和加持，會幫助你從根本地改掉這些壞習慣。

⭐ 如何在佛前金盆洗手？
1. 準備一個金屬盆（代表我們的真誠堅定如鋼鐵）
2. 把盆洗乾淨，加入乾淨的水（備註：淨水中建議加入香精或者芳香的花瓣）
3. 上香、禮敬佛陀，三拜九叩，祈請佛菩薩加持自己改掉壞習慣
4. 把雙手洗乾淨
5. 心中默念或讀出想要改變的壞習慣。例如：祈請佛菩薩加持我，改掉懶惰而不準時的壞習慣
6. 金盆洗手
7. 用毛巾或紙把手擦乾
8. 再次頂禮，感謝佛菩薩加持！
