我本身很喜歡接觸大自然，也很喜歡親近土地，因為泥土當中含有很多人體不可或缺的元素，多接觸這些自然元素是很好的。

可是現在很多家長都生怕孩子弄髒、被細菌感染了，所以看到什麼都要消毒？但是你看鄉下在泥巴裡打滾的孩子多半壯實，而城市的孩子又有幾個不過敏的？這都是因為和外在環境接觸太少。
.
所以，不管是孩子還是大人，都不要怕泥土髒，大膽地去玩泥巴吧！不太敢直接往泥地裡玩的，也可以先從接觸陶藝做起，既有趣，又能陶冶身心，對健康還很有幫助！

Let’s go and have some fun with mud!
Personally I love to get in touch with nature and the earth as soil contains many minerals which are essential to our body. Hence, it is good to come into close proximity with these minerals.
Nowadays, many parents do not want their children to get dirty. They are worried of their children getting infected with germs and want everything to be sterilized. This is absolutely unnecessary. Just take a look at how sturdy are the children from the countryside who love to roll in mud. In comparison, children from the city get allergies easily. This is because these children do not expose themselves to nature.
Therefore, regardless of children or adult, do not fear getting yourself dirtied from the soil. Be brave to play in the mud! If you lack the courage to come into direct contact with mud, you can start from pottery. It is fun and calming to our body and mind, and is beneficial to our health too!
