為什麼飲食和心情會影響健康?

有一次,一位女學員吃完飯後喊肚子疼,我一問才知道,原因是她在吃飯時和男朋友嘔氣了。以我過去的經驗,無論是在家裡做飯、還是吃飯,我們的心情都是至關重要的。
.
根據聯合醫學研究報導,人類65%-90%的疾病與心理和情緒有關。
所以,如果整天焦躁不安、發怒、緊張,心裡充滿負面情緒,人體的免疫系統就會受到抑制和傷害,心血管系統也會因為長期過勞而變得脆弱,即便你吃了很多保健食品或食物,都無法真正有效達到健康的目的。

首先,在烹調食物的過程中,需要以正面感恩、快樂的心情,用輕鬆的心情來製作,這些食物就會變成了「美食」 ,滋養我們、幫助我們獲得健康。反之,若用憤怒、埋怨的心情烹調,他的味道和作用也會有所不同的。

最重要的一點,就是在吃飯的時候,如果我們能用一種快樂、感恩的心,和每一粒米飯在對話:「謝謝你,給我帶來健康。」以幸福的一種心態來吃飯,這個米飯就產生了生命力,它不僅僅是一顆米了,而是一顆小苗苗,生命的連結就產生了。

因為吃了感恩的米飯後,身體的系統接受到的是喜悅的、開放的能量,食物不但能順利被消化、大部分的營養也能被人體吸收。反之,生氣鬱悶的時候,就連喝水都容易被嗆到、吃飯也容易噎著,幾乎就像吃進毒藥一樣。

所以,我們要學習用快樂的心、感恩的心去吃飯,會更營養、更健康。

On one occasion, a female student had stomach ache after a meal. Upon asking, I found out that she had squabbled with her boyfriend during the meal. Based on my past experience, whether it is cooking or eating our meals, our emotions are very important.
.
According to joint medical research reports, 65%-90% of human diseases are related to mental and emotional issues.

Therefore, if one is restless, angry, tense and full of negative emotions for the whole day, the body immune system will be clogged and damaged, and the cardiovascular system will become vulnerable due to long-term fatigue. Even if we consume abundant health food or products, it cannot bring our health back.

First of all, when we cook, we can have a positive feeling of gratitude, joy and tranquility. The food thus becomes a “delicacy”, nourishing and making us healthy. On the contrary, if we cook with frustration and complaints, the taste and nourishment would be lacking.

The most important point is, to be happy and grateful during meal times; thankful for every grain of rice that gives us health. Eating in a happy state of mind, brings vitality. It is not just a grain of rice, it is a small seedling that binds all connections of life .

By consuming rice with gratitude, the body system receives joyful energy. The food is not only easily digested, most of the nutrition can also be absorbed by the body. On the other hand, when one is angry and depressed, even drinking water or eating can easily cause one to choke, similar to taking poison.

Thus, we must learn to eat with joy and gratitude. In this way, the food will be more nutritious and we will be healthier.

相反的,如果能以快樂的心去工作、吃飯,去面對家人和朋友,包括面對你不喜歡的人或事情的時候,還能夠保持一顆快樂的心,自然就會獲得健康、快樂!因為你的心中充滿陽光,沒有烏雲,你一定是一個健康、長壽的人,你就會成為世界上最幸福、最幸運的人。

It is easy to be happy. Everyone wants to have a happy, prosperous and healthy life, free from worries!
.
In reality however, we are easily troubled and unhappy over trivial matters. We find fault with everything and may even think the whole world as our enemy. This affects our health and eventually, we fall sick and become even more troubled…..
.
Once, a female practitioner complained of a stomachache after a meal because she was arguing with her boyfriend while eating. From my experience, it is important to have a happy composure regardless whether we are preparing our meals at home or while eating them.
.
When we are narrow-minded, gossips abound and we end up with more suffering. Even though we may be very intelligent, we can never be happy if we are narrow- minded.
.
On the contrary, if we work, eat and treat friends and family members positively and also maintain a happy mindset, we will naturally enjoy a healthy and happy life even when things or people are not in our favor. When our hearts are bright with sunshine without dark clouds, we will live a healthy and long life. We will then become the happiest and most fortunate person in the world.
