四季歡喜_大自在

溫哥華的四季，都讓我歡喜。四季的轉換，在不知不覺中，年復一年，往復循環。
常常草芽還頂著厚厚的雪，樹上的花兒已在雪後開放。
.
修行路上，也一樣都會有四季。花開很美，花落亦是自然；大雪茫茫心不轉，繁花一片心不亂；修功德、積福報，厚德厚福就能真自在。
.
這次的閉關班，短短7天，室外的溫度從冬到春，修禪的學員們也經歷著沈寂、燦爛，清淨、怒放，苦痛、歡樂等等各種感受，相生相繼，好似走入壓縮的時空大境。
.
不變的，是每日一早開始的修行，順應著天，順應著道，無怨無驚，我心依舊，我修依舊。
.
祝福這個班上所有的學員，精進修行、得大道自在！
也祝福所有修行的人，不論風雨，珍惜春天，也珍愛冬季。

The Joy of The Seasons, Supreme Freedom
I have always liked the four seasons in Vancouver. In pure oblivion, the seasons transit and renew year after year, cycle after cycle. Oftentimes, thick snow still bear on grass buds and flowers on the trees are eager to bloom from beneath the snow.
Akin to nature, the spiritual path has its four seasons. As beautiful as the blooming flowers are, the flowers will wither naturally. Maintain clear focus in the field of white snow, and composure in the sea of colorful flowers. Sow merits and good deeds and harvest the fortune. Only then can you experience supreme ease.
In the short seven days of the Bodhi Meditation retreat, the weather turned from winter to spring. Our Bodhi-practitioners also experienced silence and solitude, splendor, clarity, anger, pain, joy and many other emotions, all of which came together in succession. They seemed to have gone through a compressed space-time environment.
What remained unchanged was their daily morning practice to start the day, following the Heaven’s and Tao’s way, with no grudges, and with all their hearts and minds remaining focused and pure as they continue on with their practice.
I wish that all practitioners of this class, with intense and meticulous practice, harvest the Way and be free.
I would also like to wish all practitioners, regardless of rain or shine, to cherish spring as you have cherished the winter.
