每天，在太陽升起前；一群人，一圈圈；在世界各地、在美麗湖畔旁，大樹下、乃至在您居住的小社區裡，悠閒、自在地慢慢運轉開來。我看見，因為八卦內功而獲得身體健康，心靈提升的人們，綻放了和朝陽一樣燦爛的笑容。

要如何修練呢？
