我們都想快樂的生活，但經常遇到挫折時就會產生煩惱。
其實，煩惱很多時候是由自己造成的。

當精神境界不夠高，對事情的解讀就會有偏差，
就像「盲人摸象」的故事一般，無法理解事物的全貌。
另一方面，當私心佔據內心，面對生命的時候，就容易產生煩惱。

付出愛與包容，給朋友更多的幫助!!
當心胸慢慢博大了，煩惱也會開始瓦解。。。

Learn to have a complete, unbiased view and live a happy life.
All of us crave for happiness, but we often become troubled when we encounter obstacles.
Very often, we are the cause of our own troubles.
When our spiritual level is not high enough, we tend to misinterpret events that happen to us.
Just like the blind men in the story “Blind men and an elephant”, we will not be able to understand the full picture.
And when selfishness occupies our hearts, troubles will plague us in many ways.
Why don’t we try to be more magnanimous?
Offer more help to our friends, and be more loving and tolerant towards them!
As our hearts expand, our troubles will also start to fade…

【春天勤梳頭，健康常擁有】
.
傳統中醫認為，人體經絡遍佈全身，有聯繫臟腑、通達氣血、保衛機體的作用，而全身經絡都彙集於頭部，因此，按摩頭部對人體有很大的助益，最簡單的方式當屬「梳頭」了。
.
藥王孫思邈壽命長達141歲，他總結的一套長壽方法中，第一條就是「髮常梳」。經常梳頭，不但能防止頭髮早白，更可以疏通全身的經絡，養氣活血，祛風散濕。現代醫學也研究證實，常梳頭能改善頭部血液循環，有助於降血壓、防感冒、提神醒腦、延緩大腦衰老。
.
春天，大自然陽氣萌生，人體陽氣也表現為向上、向外生發的特點，梳頭更是符合春季養生強身的要求，有著通達陽氣、疏通氣血的功效，真可謂是不花錢的養生秘訣。
.
梳頭時要「梳全頭」，從前髮際到後髮際，從正頭頂到兩耳側，每個部位都要梳到。如果時間充裕，最好每天早、晚各梳一次，每次10分鐘；平時工作累了，也可以隨時梳梳頭，馬上就會有神清氣爽的感覺。
.
我們平時在禪修結束，收功時也不要忘記梳頭的動作，觀想：手指放出光芒，光芒穿透頭頂，大腦經絡通暢、氣血通暢，一切的阻塞都梳通了；甚至觀想到光芒透過頭頂、穿過全身，身體都被照亮了、都梳通了，誕生了一個嶄新、清亮、幸福的自己。
