但你知道吗?皮蛋吃太多,其实有健康风险!

🥄 1. 铅污染
传统皮蛋在腌制过程中使用含铅材料,铅中毒风险较高。
如今,虽然许多皮蛋标示“无铅”,但根据部分国家法规,只要铅含量低于0.5mg/kg就能称为无铅,其实仍可能含微量铅。长期摄入,对于儿童、孕妇和肾功能差的人群仍有潜在健康影响,可能会损害神经系统、肾脏功能,甚至影响胎儿正常发育。

🦠 2. 沙门氏菌风险
皮蛋的蛋壳有微孔,细菌可渗入内部。若保存不当,容易孳生沙门氏菌,造成腹泻、呕吐、发烧等食物中毒。像“皮蛋豆腐”这类冷吃料理,特别要注意购买日期与保存条件。

🧂 3. 钠含量高
皮蛋的钠含量是普通鸭蛋的5倍以上,再搭配酱油、调味料,钠摄取量轻易超标,增加高血压风险与肾脏负担。

But did you know? Eating too many century eggs actually poses health risks!

🥄 1. Lead Contamination
The traditional curing process of century eggs use lead-containing materials, posing a high risk of lead poisoning.
Although many century eggs are now labeled “lead-free,” according to regulations in some countries, they can be called “lead-free” as long as the lead content is below 0.5mg/kg, meaning they may still contain trace amounts of lead. Long-term consumption can potentially affect children, pregnant women, and people with poor kidney function, damaging the nervous system, kidney function, and even affecting fetal development.

🦠 2. Salmonella
Century egg shells have micropores through which bacteria can penetrate. If stored improperly, this can breed salmonella, causing food poisoning symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. Cold dishes like “century egg with tofu” require special attention to purchase dates and storage conditions.

🧂 3. High Sodium Content
Century eggs contain more than 5 times the sodium of regular duck eggs. When combined with soy sauce and seasonings, sodium intake can easily exceed recommended limits, increasing the risk of hypertension and kidney burden.

✔ Moderation is key – try to limit consumption to at most 1 per week
✔ Choose products from reputable brands with quality testing
✔ “Lead-free” ≠ “Zero lead” – children and pregnant women should consume less
