師父,您的生日要到了,我們幾個同修聚在一起捏壽桃,特別拍成了一支視頻來給師父拜壽,祝福師父笑口常開,法輪常轉。
塑仙桃,祝師父壽如東海;
塑蘋果,祝師父歲歲平安;
塑金魚,祝師父年年有餘。

❤壽桃饅頭❤
食材:
麵粉800g
植物奶油100g
食用色素5g
香芋380g
綠豆200g
菠菜 火龍果50g
白糖200g
酵母5g
.
作法:
1. 菠菜、火龍果加適量水放入榨汁機中榨汁。
2. 麵粉裡加入菠菜汁、火龍果汁。
3. 植物奶油、白糖、酵母、和麵成團加熱醒麵(夏天1-2個小時,冬天需要加熱,3-4小時,拉開麵看到有蜂窩狀就醒了。)
4. 壽桃:加入香芋丸(香芋、綠豆用高壓鍋悶熟攪拌成泥,捏成小丸,做壽桃蘚,起到支撐作用。做成圓錐形狀,用勺子壓。)
5. 青蘋果:用擀麵杖擀成橢圓形狀再塑型。
6. 小金魚:用擀麵杖幹成圓形再塑型。
7. 把壽桃、青蘋果、小金魚放入鍋中蒸二十分鐘(冬天饅頭放入鍋中,水燒熱,冒煙,大約煮5分鐘關閉,醒麵,十分鐘後再開火蒸饅頭二十分鐘,再過五分鐘就可以開鍋夾起饅頭了。)

Master, as your birthday is approaching , we have gathered to make Longevity peach buns for Master and specially recorded a video to send our Birthday wishes to our Master, wishing you full of laughter and joy and turning the Dharma wheel unceasingly.
Longevity peach conveys wishing Master : Longevity as the eastern sea;
Apple conveys wishing Master : Peaceful always;
Gold fish conveys wishing Master : Abundance year after year.
❤Longevity Peach Mantou❤
Ingredients :
Flour 800g
Margarine 100g
Edible coloring 5g
Taro 380g
Green beans 200g
Spinach, Dragonfruit 50g
Sugar 200g
Yeast 5g
Method:
1. Place spinach and dragonfruit separately with a little water into the blender for natural color
2. Add the flour separately into the blended spinach and dragon fruit
3. Add margarine, sugar and yeast into the dough and warm it. (Summer: 1-2hours ; Winter: add some heat 3-4hours, when dough has honeycomb appearance, it is ready.
4. Longevity peach: add Taro balls (Taro, green bean cooked with pressure cooker, mashed and rolled into small balls as the filling, use a spoon to press to a conical shape)
5. Green apple : use the rolling pin to roll the dough to an oval shape then cut out with the mould
6. Gold fish : use the rolling pin to roll the dough into a round shape then cut out with the mould
7. Place the Longevity peach mantou, green apple and goldfish into the steamer and steam for 20mins. (In winter, place the mantou in the steamer, boil the water till steam appears for about 5mins, turn off the fire, after 10mins start the fire again and steam for 20mins. Another 5mins later, the mantou is ready to be served.)
