材料:
黃豆適量、番茄兩個、油、鹽少許。

作法:
1、黃豆浸泡12小時。
2、番茄放入碗中,用開水燙後去皮。
3、番茄切塊攪成茄汁,備用。
4、黃豆用壓力鍋煮熟出鍋。
5、炒鍋內把油燒開後放薑。
6、倒入熟黃豆和番茄汁。
7、再倒入醬油鹽出鍋。

Soya beans are also referred to as the “King of beans” and is a good source of vegetable proteins and vegetarians can consume them to replace their proteins intake from meat. The ingredients and preparation method of [Soya beans in tomato juice] are as follows:

Ingredients:
Some soya beans, 2 tomatoes, oil, salt and ginger

Methods:
1. Soak soya beans in water for 12 hours.
2. Place tomatoes in a bowl. After blanching, remove the skin.
3. Cut tomatoes into small dices and stir to extract tomato juice for later use.
4. Use pressure cooker to cook soya beans from step 1.
5. Add some cooking oil to a frying wok and heat them up. Add ginger to the heated wok.
6. Pour in the cooked soya beans and tomato juice from step 3 into the wok.
7. Add in some soy sauce and salt. The dish is ready to be served!
