流感季節,洗手能有效減少病毒的侵襲。那如何正確洗手呢?記住七個步驟:內、外、夾、弓、大、立、腕。
內:濕潤雙手,塗抹洗手液或肥皂,掌心相對,手指併攏相互揉搓;
外:手心搓洗手背,雙手交換進行;
夾:掌心相對,手指交叉搓洗指縫;
弓:半握拳把指背放在另一手掌心旋轉揉搓;
大:一手握另一手大拇指旋轉揉搓;
立:一手指尖合攏在另一手掌心旋揉搓洗;
腕:洗手腕。

The flu season is approaching, how can we reduce our risk of getting infected? Here are some simple hand washing methods that can effectively reduce our chances of contacting the flu virus. It consists of seven easy steps –
Step 1: Wet palms, apply a small amount of hand soap and rub palms together
Step 2: Scrub the back of both palms
Step 3: Interlace fingers and rub hands together
Step 4: Interlock fingers and rub the back of fingers of both hands
Step 5: Rub thumb in a rotating manner with the other hand
Step 6: Rub fingertips on palm of the other hands
Step 7: Rub the wrists in a rotating manner
