這種感覺就像電燈泡一樣,如果沒有電,燈泡就暗,隨著電的能量增多,燈泡也變得越來越亮。

感覺臉開始發亮,其實是能量增強了,就好像美容了一般,這種健康的美才是真美。還有的人發現自己的眼神也亮了,老花眼開始好轉了,這些都是修完「八卦內功」之後的自然反應。

?‍♀Q5. 走「八卦」一段時間之後,總覺得氣不足,還要繼續走嗎?

無論你感覺這段時間是精神充足,還是覺得氣不足,除非有特別的健康問題,我提醒大家,能連續修是最好的。因為在修行中的不同階段,我們常常會有不同的,甚至完全相反的感受,比如說這一段時間特別快樂、能量充足,過一段時間之後,卻感覺萎靡不振、精神不足,不想修行。這些都是修練之後的感受,怎麼辦?

我實實在在地告訴你:「應該好好修下去!」等過一段時間,你會超越最初的那種感受,出現一種自在的、穩定的喜悅。

到我們長期練習「八卦內功」的地方去走,會更好。因為那裡從牆壁、地板,到周圍的植物,乃至修行的同修,都具有一定的能量,這會對你修行的成長有很大幫助,使你快速補充能量,獲得健康,比一個人在家練習要好。此外,一個人在家練習,常常會因為懶惰而不能堅持下來,而大家在一起練的時候,很容易能一直走下去。

Q4. Why do I look more radiant after practicing Energy Bagua?

Think of a light bulb. Without electricity, the bulb will be dark. As the amount of electrical energy supplied to the bulb increases, the bulb’s brightness increases in intensity.

Similarly, when we feel that the radiance on our face increases, that is actually due to an increase in our energy levels. The effects are similar to that of beauty therapies. However, this is true beauty brought about by good health. Some people may also experience improved vision including improvements in their presbyopia. All these are natural outcomes from practicing Energy Bagua.

Q5. After having practiced “Energy Bagua” for a while, I begin to feel lethargic, as if I do not have sufficient qi. Should I continue?

Regardless of whether you feel energetic or lethargic, as long as you are not suffering from any serious health conditions, my advice is to persist in your practice. All of us will have different reactions at different stages of our practice. Some of the reactions might even be conflicting. For instance, at one point of time, you may feel especially happy and energetic. After a while, you feel lethargic, tired and might even lose the desire to practice. All these are valid reactions on our paths of cultivation. What should we do when that happens?

My reply: “Persist in your cultivation and practice!” After a period of time, you will be able to overcome these initial reactions and experience a sense of ease and stability.

You will experience different reactions at every stage. The way to handle them is to persevere on. Only when you persevere, you will gain good health, longevity, happiness and wisdom.

Q6. Is it better to practice Energy Bagua at home on my own, or with a group?

It is always better to practice Energy Bagua at one of our regular practice location. The energy present in these locations – including the walls, ground, surrounding vegetation and even the other practitioners – will be very beneficial to the progress of your cultivation. Your energy level will build up rapidly and your health will improve accordingly. In addition, there is always greater motivation when practicing in a group. There is a higher chance that we will not be able to persist in our practice due to indolence when we practice alone.

? Shall I add my parents in my social media platforms ⁉️

Young children nowadays have a lot of tricks up their sleeves, and participate actively on various social media platforms. Here’s a question, “Should parents be involved in then child’s social media platforms?”

By letting the parents participate, it would make the children feel like they are being watch. As such, they may not be as carefree when chatting with friends. Yet, if the parents are not allowed to join in, they may be unduly worried all day long!

How exactly do we strike a balance to make both sides feel comfortable and not awkward?
