3、放入蔥花、鹽、胡椒調味,用筷子將土豆絲(馬鈴薯絲)與調味料抖落均勻;
4、平底煎鍋倒油適量,將拌好的土豆絲(馬鈴薯絲)入鍋,以鏟子壓平;
5、一面煎定型後,小心翻面,兩面金黃後出鍋。
