材料——
1、香蕉3根
2、麵粉100克
3、雞蛋2個
4、燕麥片100克

做法——
1、香蕉剝皮,切成小段。
2、雞蛋打在小碗裡,打散打勻,麵粉、燕麥片分別放在兩個小碗裡。
3、香蕉段放在麵粉碗裡,裹上一層麵粉。
4、裹粉後放入雞蛋碗裡裹上雞蛋液。
5、再放入燕麥碗裡裹上一層燕麥。
6、把沾上燕麥的香蕉放在盤子上,靜置一會兒,炸得時候燕麥才不容易掉。
7、將油倒入鍋中燒至八分熱,調到小火,放入燕麥香蕉,慢慢炸至金黃色即可。
