3 月 5 日起至20日,迎来二十四节气中的「惊蛰」。
自入冬以来,动物昆虫藏伏土中,不饮不食,称为“蛰”;待春雷乍响,大地回暖,雷声唤醒沉睡的生命,这便是“惊蛰”——象征万物苏醒,也意味着春耕时节正式开始。

春雷始鸣,阳气升发,人体的能量也随之由内而外渐渐活跃,因此,惊蛰正是调整身心的重要时期。

此时天气仍乍暖还寒,养生的关键不在于进补,而在于——顺时而养。

👕 ① 衣|继续保暖,勿早减衣
气温变化大,不宜过早减衣。
特别注意颈部、腰腹与脚部保暖,避免寒气入体。

眠淺睡少起夜跑,看啥都愁甚煩惱。
秋氣好比一猛虎,冷暖寒涼疾病找。
若想伏虎防秋燥,食補運動不能少。
湯湯水水潤腸胃,少吃辛辣與煎烤。
菌中之冠銀耳好,開胃潤肺功效高。
山藥健脾補虛好,燉煮蒸食也能炒。
蓮子葡萄和雪梨,滋陰防燥都挺好。
南瓜渾身都是寶,降糖護腎補氣妙。

Among the fungus, white fungus is best as it enhances appetite and nourishes the lungs.
Chinese yam invigorates and nourishes the spleen; it can be steamed, cooked, or fried.
Lotus seed, grapes and winter pear are effective in Yin nourishment and dryness prevention.
Pumpkin is full of treasures; it reduces sugar and protects the kidney.
