誠心頂禮感恩佛菩薩

說起「觀世音菩薩」,相信每個人都耳熟能詳,祂的形象早已深植民心,是民間最受歡迎的神祇之一,又稱觀世音、觀自在、南海古佛、觀音大士。我們常說的「菩薩心腸」,就是從觀世音菩薩而來。

「觀世音」也代表著佛菩薩傾聽人間各種苦難的聲音,哪裡需要幫助,哪裡就有菩薩的慈悲展現,民間有太多太多的靈感故事,都是佛菩薩救苦救難的無數印證,至今仍廣為傳頌。

農曆六月十九日是觀世音菩薩成道日,所以,民間認為六月的每一天都是吉祥的。在這個吉祥的日子裡,善的磁場非常強大且圓滿,在這天一起誠心念佛,一定會帶來許多意想不到的好處!歡迎加入菩提禪修網路共修,一起為世間祈福、為家人消災解厄!

Sincerely give thanks to Buddha and Bodhisattva

I believe everyone is familiar with “Guanyin Bodhisattva”. Her image is deeply rooted in the hearts and minds of many as she is one of the most popular deities. She is also known as Guanyin, Avalokitesvara, South China Sea Ancient Buddha, Goddess of Mercy etc.
We often hear the phrase “heart of a bodhisattva” and this originals from the great compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva.

“Guanyin” also represents the compassion of the Buddha and bodhisattvas who listen to all kinds of suffering and appear to relieve the suffering beings. There have been many inspirational folk stories providing countless proofs of how the Guanyin Bodhisattva rescues suffering beings. Till today, many are still widely circulated.
On this auspicious day where the magnetic field is extremely strong, you will receive great blessings if you chant with a sincere heart. I welcome you to join me in chanting on this special day to seek blessings for all sentient beings and eradicate calamities for your loved ones!

但在現實生活當中,卻總是為了生活的瑣碎事物,變得不開心,看啥都不順眼,最後感覺全世界都與你有仇似的,最後影響健康、疾苦煩惱不斷…。

比如說有一次,一位女學員吃完飯後喊肚子疼,原因是她在吃飯時和男朋友嘔氣了。以我過去的經驗,無論是在家裡做飯、還是吃飯,我們的心情很重要。當人的心胸越狹小,是非就越多,自己所經歷的痛苦和折磨就會增多,無論你的智力多麼發達,心胸小了,整個人生都不會快樂。

相反的,如果能以快樂的心去工作、吃飯,去面對家人和朋友,包括面對你不喜歡的人或事情的時候,還能夠保持一顆快樂的心,自然就會獲得健康、快樂!因為你的心中充滿陽光,沒有烏雲,你一定是一個健康、長壽的人,你就會成為世界上最幸福、最幸運的人。

【Notice on Online Global Group Practice on Saturday】Learn to be Happy in Life
.
It is easy to be happy. Everyone wants to have a happy, prosperous and healthy life, free from worries!
.
In reality however, we are easily troubled and unhappy over trivial matters. We find fault with everything and may even think the whole world as our enemy. This affects our health and eventually, we fall sick and become even more troubled…..
.
Once, a female practitioner complained of a stomachache after a meal because she was arguing with her boyfriend while eating. From my experience, it is important to have a happy composure regardless whether we are preparing our meals at home or while eating them.
.
When we are narrow-minded, gossips abound and we end up with more suffering. Even though we may be very intelligent, we can never be happy if we are narrow- minded.
.
On the contrary, if we work, eat and treat friends and family members positively and also maintain a happy mindset, we will naturally enjoy a healthy and happy life even when things or people are not in our favor. When our hearts are bright with sunshine without dark clouds, we will live a healthy and long life. We will then become the happiest and most fortunate person in the world.
.
