【积德行善，重获新生】

来自交来禅堂的赫灵师姐（刘秀珠）曾是一名患有甲状腺疾病，导致长期心率过快绞痛的患者，让她情绪也变得很暴躁。
.
而她在机缘巧合下，于2018年12月参与了菩提禅修健身班，在课堂上聆听老师分享有关慈善及帮助贫寒学生和孤寡老人的资讯。看后，这名任职小学教师的赫灵师姐对影片中的一幕幕起了怜悯心，最后她就以父母的名义资助贫寒孩子和孤寡老人。

当捐款过后，拿着金菩提宗师的吉祥卡入眠，醒来后好像心脏上面的一块东西被拿走了，从此心脏没再感觉到胀和扭曲的疼痛。
.
“我觉得这是做慈善的功德和金菩提宗师的加持所致。”
.
她说，之前脾气很火爆，很容易生气，但自发梦过后，心情比之前平静很多，同样的事情发生，以前会发怒，但现在已不会发怒了。
.
“通过这件事后，我负面的思维没有了，比如塞车的时候，以前就会纠结，心里会很不高兴。但是从那以后我不会因为塞车这样的事而烦恼，我的内心是自在的。我很感恩金菩提宗师，让我获得健康，内心变得平静，不为小事而烦恼。”

Sister HeLing (Lau Siew Choo) from Cheras Bodhi Meditation Centre was a patient with thyroid disease and heart problems, which made her emotionally irritable.

By chance, she took part in Bodhi Meditation Health & Happiness Retreat in December 2018. During the class, she got to know Bodhi Meditation Charity Fund and its advocacy to help poor students and elderly-without-kin. She was touched by the stories and eventually, she decided to make a donation to subsidize the underprivileged children and the lonely elderly under the name of her parents.

After donating, she went to sleep with Grandmaster JinBodhi’s auspicious card. After waking up, she felt relief and her heart no longer felt the pain of swelling and distortion.
.
“I think this is due to the merits of doing charity and the blessing of Grandmaster JinBodhi.”
.
She also indicated that, she had bad temper and easy to get agitated before, but after doing the good deeds, her mood was much calmer than before.

原是一名生长在小康之家且无忧无虑的女孩，却在历经家庭巨变，成了一名为下一顿饭钱忧心的女孩，当中所经历过的伤心、害怕及自卑，虽然可怕和难行，但却也让她学会成长、感恩及坚强，迎接生活上的未来挑战。也更因此让她知道“以生命影响生命“的重要性，以行动去帮助有需要的人，为社会散播一些善的力量。

诗颖与父母、3名兄弟姐妹及婆婆居住在雪州大港的沿海地带，父亲是一名渔夫，家境原本尚属中等，但却因其中学时期，遇上家庭巨变，导致父亲负债累累，家中的姐姐和两名弟弟也因家中经济不济，在中学毕业后，就毅然放弃升学计划，投入社会工作。

“所以当我中学毕业后，曾多次徘徊在升学或工作的选择题中，因为当时我是在连下一顿饭的饭钱都不知道往哪找的困境中，这样我还能去读书吗？当时，菩提禅修的一位师姐就告诉我，不管生活多苦都一定要念书，而且我也在向金菩提禅师求签时，求到了一句『难行能行』的禅语，接着也成功申请到金菩提助学金，这样的种种，让我更加坚定继续升学的计划。”

秉持金菩提宗師“扶贫助学”的理念?，菩提禅修慈善基金自2017年起成立“金菩提助学金”，以扶持家境困难的大学大专生圆满升学梦想！

2019年度金菩提助学金已正式开放，欢迎有需要的学生来申请！

1、申请资格：
– 马来西亚清寒学子，年龄介于18岁至23岁
– 拥有大马教育文凭（SPM）、或大马高等教育文凭（STPM）、或独中统考（UEC）
– 就读或报读政府大学和指定的私人大专的全职学士或文凭课程

2、助学金补助范围：包括注册费及学费，根据每学期学费的总额进行发放，直至完成攻读科系。发放金额不超过审批金额。

【JinBodhi Higher Education Bursary is Open for Application Now】

Bodhi Medidation Malaysia Charity upholds the compassionate wish of Grandmaster JinBodhi and launches JinBodhi Higher Education Bursary in 2017 to help underprivileged students to restoring their education hope.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce that JinBodhi Higher Education Bursary year 2019 is now open for application, all are welcome to apply!

1) Eligibility:
– Malaysian citizen aged between 18 to 23 who are from underprivileged families.
– Possessed examination result of SPM, or STPM, or United Extermination Certificate( UEC)
– Must have registered for full-time Degree or Diploma programmes at the universities listed in clause 12.

2) The bursary is for the registration fees & tuition fees only and will be disbursed according to the amount of tuition fees for each semester until completion of study, subject always to no more than the total awarded amount.
