快樂是人們生活中不可或缺的,然而,快節奏的現代社會,每個人都面臨著多種多樣身心的壓力和煩惱,人們變得越來越不快樂?

我的總結大概有以下幾個原因:
★.第一個,愛發火的人,通常氣比較足。
★.第二個,不要吃辣椒和一些補氣的東西,如雞蛋、肉食之類的,容易上火的食物少吃,這樣火氣會小一些。(此外,經常備一些涼茶。)
★.第三個原因,經常發火的人,可能是大腦部分被堵塞住了,所以很多事想不通,就靠發火來解決問題。

所以,容易發火的人特別適合來「禪修」,「禪修」之後,你的家庭就會幸福很多,如果你的家人經常和你吵架,你來「禪修」之後脾氣會變得好一些,你的家庭、事業、友情等就會越來越和諧、順利、幸福的。
