微笑的力量到底有多大？我曾聽過這麼一個不錯的故事，分享給大家。。。

有個人在上飛機，就向美麗的空姐要了一杯水，準備服藥使用，但因為飛機起飛前比較忙碌，美麗的空姐向他承諾，等飛機起飛平穩之後定會馬上送水來。
.
可是等飛機進入平穩狀態後，已很長一段時間了，水還是沒有送來。於是他再次按了服務鈴，空姐看到，馬上意識到自己失誤忘記送水了，於是空姐馬上端著水過來，微笑著向他說：「非常抱歉，先生，由於我的疏忽，延誤了您吃藥的時間，非常抱歉。」但這個人卻沒有接受空姐的道歉，甚至要投訴她。美麗的空姐為了彌補自己的失誤，每每面帶笑容地詢問他是否需要服務，可是這個人怎麼也沒有接受。

飛機就要抵達目的地了，他讓空姐給他意見卡，空姐以為他要投訴她了，等大家離開後，空姐打開意見卡，竟發現內容寫著：「雖然妳延誤我服藥的時間，使我非常不悅，但在整個過程中，妳表現出十分真誠的歉意，特別是妳那九次美麗的微笑，深深地打動了我，我決定不再投訴妳。如果還有機會，我一定會再次乘坐妳們的航班。」

其實，在空姐向他第一、二的次微笑時，他還認為道歉是應該的，而當她第三次的微笑時，他要投訴她的想法就開始有點動搖了，在第五次的微笑時，他就已經完全地原諒她了。

There was a person who boarded a plane. He asked a beautiful stewardess for a glass of water so as to take his medicine. As the service staff were busy before take-off, the beautiful stewardess promised that she would serve his drink as soon as the flight stabilized after take-off.

However, long after the flight stabilized, the water was not served. So, the passenger pressed the service button. The stewardess was alerted and immediately realized her mistake in forgetting to serve the water. She brought the drink over, smiled at him, and said, “Very sorry sir, due to my negligence, I’d delayed your medication. Please accept my apology.” The man did not accept the stewardess’ apology, and threatened to complain about her.
