有网友问，祖先已往生多年，是否还需要每年祭祀❓

首先，祖先与我们血脉相承，这是一份恩德和情感。全家人一起祭祖，也是在教育孩子们饮水思源。这是为人之本，也是家庭和睦的根基。
有些人做什么都不顺利，健康亮红灯🚨、夫妻吵得鸡犬不宁、生意失败📉、总是莫名其妙遭遇意外横祸。这些家庭，很多都是因为祖先有怨气，或者正在受苦。
他们来到禅堂，我们会建议为祖先做功德，例如佛前供灯、塑佛金身、立超荐排位等，祈请佛菩萨慈悲加持与超度，化解怨气，接引往生者到光明善处。之后，很多人都回来分享，说接到祖先托梦，梦境十分吉祥，家庭和孩子也开始更顺遂安康 🌈

Is it necessary to honor our ancestors every year? ❓
First and foremost, our ancestors share a deep connection with us—this is a bond of gratitude and affection. Coming together as a family to honor our ancestors teaches our children the importance of remembering their roots. This is the foundation of a harmonious and auspicious family.
Some people find that no matter what they do, things just don’t go smoothly🚨 Health issues, marital conflicts, business failures 📉 and unexpected misfortunes keep happening. In many cases, these troubles arise because our ancestors hold grievances or are suffering in the afterlife.
Some people come to our meditation centers to seek help. We often recommend making merits for our ancestors, such as offering lights before the Buddha 🪔, gilding a Buddha statue on their behalf, or offering a lotus plaque for them.
Through the compassionate blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, these can help dissolve grievances and guide our departed ancestors toward a brighter, more peaceful place. Many people have shared their experiences, saying that after these meritorious acts, they had very auspicious dreams of their deceased loved ones 🌈. Their families also became more harmonious and smooth-sailing.
🌿 The Qingming Festival is approaching—an important time to honor our ancestors. Offer a light and seek the blessings of Buddhas and Bodhisattavas to help our deceased loved ones be liberated from suffering and be reborn in the Pure Land. When our ancestors attain liberation, their descendants receive greater blessings! ✨
