我們身體經常因為工作、飲食、情緒等,會出現心火肝火鬱積在身體裡面,所以推薦大家每個禮拜,要多一兩次吃「降火氣」的食物。

像是菊花茶、番茄、綠豆湯、冬瓜汁、黃瓜、絲瓜、茄子、西瓜、蓮藕、鴨梨、柚子、蘿蔔、苦瓜、白菜等,可以清熱祛火。

此外,多喝水,少吃熱性食物。
