【一場春雨，一壺春茶】

4月20日進入穀雨節氣，這是春天的最後一個節氣，寒潮天氣基本告終，氣溫快速回升，很少再忽冷忽熱，空氣濕潤，雨量充沛，非常有利於農作物生長。因此古人有「雨生百穀」的說法。

「沾衣欲濕杏花雨、吹面不寒楊柳風」，在溫暖的天氣外出賞花，心情格外大好。可是有的人最怕過敏，春天也正是皮膚容易過敏的季節。《紅樓夢》有一回也提到：春天的時候，大觀園裡的美女們都長了「杏斑癬」，要擦「薔薇硝」。這當然是小說故事，但其實皮膚過敏是跟身體免疫力差有關，古代的太太、小姐們肢體活動量少，體質差可想而知，可惜當時沒人教她們走八卦；想要提升能量，在春天時，不妨找上三五好友一同晨起走八卦，強身健體，鍛鍊體能。
