不烦恼是左耳听右耳出,不经过大脑,只有大心才能不烦恼,修行要内外光明,心光明则身光明,自己的心光明了就能把身体外面照亮,识光明,伤害人是我们的意识混浊。

感恩师父慈悲教化、引领!每天的修行都能体悟到自己的进步,无论从内在还是外在我都变得越来越好了!每天晚上都同步网络减压班,前天晚上做清静观想法的时候进入一种空灵的状态,好美妙呀!
Meditation is not the same as sleeping. You need to stay conscious, keep an upright posture. Meditation gives one wisdom so your thoughts are organized and clear.
Master is talking about heart sutra. No senses:no eyes ears etc. Lighten your attachment to the senses.

Meditation let us be calm and clear. Our thoughts become clear and organized.
You develop a foresight: marrying a tall handsome guy then becoming a beggar, or marry someone dependable.
Body has energy, it can be disrupted by pollution or anger.
Don’t wait until disease is far advanced
The best doctor prevents his patients from developing illness.
Let us maintain a soft and luminous consciousness to prevent illness
What is great wisdom? It is having great compassion for all.
It will lessen our grasp of sensory pleasures.
Why do you think movies are full of violence? To attract audience.
We seek thrill because we lack a higher aspiration.
Master said he used to scared of going to movies: so cold, so scary, and so much popcorn it makes you gain weight. But he found a way: he slept during the fighting scenes.
Every religion is about great compassion.
Totally agreed with what Master shared. Cinema is cold and movies are killing harming story.
All the saints and immortals base their practice on great compassion
恳请师父加持护佑我的上海朋友她肾坏死,医生让她做手术,不手术会影响另一肾,她怕下不了手术台,网络减压班开始让她跟听,大光明修持法,清静观想法,对她身心有帮助,她人也轻松了看到了希望,所以她决定做手术。
Becoming compassionate and luminous in your mind can correct faulty genetic material.
For example, with great compassion, one obtains a light: the light of compassion.
How do we practice? When we understand this concept, no matter our way of practice, first think: I am compassionate.
No matter where you are in practice, pretend at least, think you are compassionate and luminous.
My brain, my blood, my teeth etc are all luminous.
The words I pray or chant are full of light.
Think my body is pure, translucent, and luminous
We can use this simple yet deep practice to obtain luminous body, heart, and thoughts.
Don’t fall asleep while meditating. We need to visualize luminous body, heart, thoughts, words.
This type of luminous words will help to attract people.
Luminous people won’t be harmed by evil spirits
Let us put palms together and chant
Visualize the sounds you make as being full of light

The light of compassion illuminates self, then the whole world
Think I am most happy and joyous
My heart and body are soft and luminous
We lose the stiffness in our shoulders and pain in our legs.
Some experience lightness in arms, easily raising up the arms.
The chanting helps you become lighter
Your arms and fingers feel soft and flexible because your are more compassionate.
Your body becomes clear, without obstruction.
This is the first part of this talk: becoming compassionate and gentle will give you a positive energy that is very attractive and charming.
It’s good for any area in life, for business and for home life.
月亮自动释放出的很多小月光,有的像大点,有的像蝴蝶、有的像花瓣,遍布整个夜空。我们和月光融为一体时,是身心得到健康的一个升华的过程。月光带给我们的是无限的喜悦、美妙,能得到清净
月光帶給我們的是無限的喜悅、美妙,能得到清淨、智慧、慈悲。月光輕輕淡淡灑落在大地上,飄落在身上,給我們帶來的是美妙、舒服、洗禮的神聖感覺。
