is to view the world with a Buddha’s heart, all sentient beings are Buddhas;
and our parents, siblings and friends in the past lives;
May I offer my body, speech and mind to all karmic-bonded sentient beings.

Ability vs Capability – which is more important?
A capable person will become a boss, while someone with ability will just be a supervisor. Why is that so? Let me give you a real-life example…
One of our female practitioners works in a particular company. Her English, secretarial and computer skills are mediocre and she is also not particularly eloquent. However, she has the highest pay in her company’s payroll. Why is that so?
The reason lies in her ability to produce good results very quickly for every task that her boss assigns to her. She has the capability to overcome all obstacles to get the tasks completed, which makes her a capable person.
Take a close look around us and you will notice that there are many people with great ability in today’s society. They do not accomplish much as they spend too much time lamenting over their ill luck and grumbling about the lack of recognition from their superiors.
Be a person who learns how to turn ability into actual capability. Be that capable person who faces obstacles with courage as well as positivity and solves problem with a calm mind.

I am no longer afraid of an exhaustive working day.
According to the Medical Healthcare Network report, one out of two persons is vulnerable to shoulder-neck pain primarily due to long sitting hours in the office; maintaining the same posture or incorrect posture, or due to work stress, tight schedules and not shifting our prolonged sitting posture while working. The most detrimental factor is the lack of exercise.
Today, life is so busy that one hardly finds the time to exercise. So, is there a simple and yet effective way of exercise that ease and soothe the pain and ache?
Answer is Yes!
