根據【健康醫療網】調查,每兩個人當中,就有一個人為肩頸酸痛所苦,大部分的原因都是因為久坐辦公室,長時間在一個姿勢下,而且姿勢不正確,或因為緊張壓力大,工作速度快,長時間不換姿勢。最重要的問題是「缺乏運動」。

也因為現代的人們生活非常忙碌,實在沒有太多的時間好好兒運動,那麼有沒有簡單卻有效的運動法,能解決或紓解疼痛的方法呢?

According to the Medical Healthcare Network report, one out of two persons is vulnerable to shoulder-neck pain primarily due to long sitting hours in the office; maintaining the same posture or incorrect posture, or due to work stress, tight schedules and not shifting our prolonged sitting posture while working. The most detrimental factor is the lack of exercise.

Today, life is so busy that one hardly finds the time to exercise. So, is there a simple and yet effective way of exercise that ease and soothe the pain and ache?
