– 宁双的禅修故事

曾经我的身体是那样的虚弱,曾经因为爸爸的一声吼叫,从此我把我的内心封闭起来。我的童年时代没有多少色彩,甚至可以说是灰色的。而这一切都因为菩提禅修而改变,我看到了世界的色彩,活出了人生的意义

▹ 身体上的变化

在修练菩提禅修前,我的免疫能力很差,加上先天性贫血,所以身体很弱,脸色看上去既苍白又暗淡无光。上中学的时候,我要上3楼去上课,每次上到2楼,头就开始有晕眩的感觉,必须停下来休息5分钟左右才可以继续上。

自从来例假以来,我一直都被痛经的问题所困扰,头三天经常都会痛到在床上翻来覆去却毫无办法,手脚冰冷,连课都没办法去上。每次来例假都会超过十天以上,而且头几天量很多,还有血块,这对于贫血的我更是雪上加霜,那期间我的脸色更加苍白,免疫力更差,很容易就感冒了。

在我读中学(16岁)的时候,因为食物中毒需要打点滴几个星期,造成了我的手脚浮肿。出院后手的浮肿消失了,但脚的浮肿却一直都没消失,整个身体也有轻微的浮肿。

2014年8月的一天,我踩在椅子上拿重的文件,当我拿着文件时突然听到我的后背“嘎吱”一声响。几天后,我发觉我的腰骨很痛。从那时候开始,只要坐久或站久一点腰骨地方就痛得受不了,而且背部会非常累。

2014年11月中旬,妈妈通过《禅修与健康》杂志接触了菩提禅修。从此我的幸运之门打开了。我经常到宝灵禅堂接受能量加持,也修练“大光明”和“八卦内功”等禅修方法。2015年4月,我参加了为期八天半的菩提禅修健身班。刚好那时来例假,那次仅仅来了七天就停了,那是我第一次例假时间那么短。除此之外,我身体和腿脚的浮肿也消失了,我的腰骨也不痛了。现在我在菩提禅堂前台做义工,从早上九点到晚上六点,甚至有时更长,这9个到12个小时里,大多数时间都是坐着的,腰部都没有任何不舒服的现象。

同年5月,我去做了一次体检,医生说我的腰骨没有任何的问题,先天性贫血的问题也没有了.6月我又参加了菩提禅修念佛班,也是刚好来例假,惊奇地发现我的例假来四天就结束了,而且到目前为止每次都保持在四天之内,血量也恢复正常,没有出现血块;痛经的现象也从那时开始没有再出现过了。手脚冰冷的现象也没有了;我的免疫力增强了,不会那么轻易感冒了,整个身体都变得结实了,大家都说我的气色越来越好,脸色变得红润有光泽了,不再枯黄干燥,眼睛变得更有神了。

▹ 发心做义工 希望帮到人

我和妈妈(妈妈患有多年的子宫肌瘤,通过禅修后子宫肌瘤消失了,很多疾病也消失了。通过禅修,妈妈变得健康、快乐和年轻了。)

在禅修后的改变,让我觉得菩提禅修真的会帮助到很多人,在这里做义工很有意义。所以我和妈妈都报了名做义工,希望能帮助到更多需要帮助的人。我在前台做接待义工,接触到各种性格和脾气的人,得到很好的锻炼,我越做越欢喜。通过这样的锻炼,我现在觉得自己好像不论做任何事情都是“可以”的感觉,恢复了自信心和有勇气,也让我明白和感悟到很多事情。以前听了别人诉说烦恼后我自己也会心烦。现在,如果可以帮助别人解开烦恼的话,我会乐意去倾听。当义工让我在潜移默化中慢慢学会慈悲之道。万念由心,每件事物都有好也有坏,关键是当下怎么想。

感恩菩提禅修!

让我把心打开,走出自我封闭的灰暗世界,看到世界的色彩,活出人生的意义。我会继续跟随金菩提宗師的脚步,走帮人、助人和觉悟之道。

Ning Shuang meditation story: Walked out of the self-enclosed dark world and saw the beautiful world

My body was once so weak; I started to close up my heart just because of a yell by my father. There was not much colour in my childhood, in fact it can even said to be dark.

However, all this change due to Bodhi Meditation; I saw the colour of the world and the meaning of life.

▹ Changes to my body

Before practicing Bodhi Meditation, my immunity was very poor and coupled with congenital anemia, these caused my body to be very weak and I looked pale and dull.

During my secondary school days, if the class was on the 3rd floor, whenever I climbed to 2nd floor, my head will begin to feel dizzy and I must stop to rest for about 5 minutes before I can continue.

Ever since I started menstruating, I have been suffering from menstrual pain. During the first three days of the menstruation period, it was always so painful that I always rolled on the bed but it did not relieve the pain.

My limbs were freezing cold and I cannot even attend school. Each time the menstrual period will last more than ten days, and during the first few days, the volume will be a lot and with blood clots, which made my anemia even worse.

During that period, my face will be even paler and further weaken my poor immunity and I easily caught a cold.

When I was in secondary school (around 16 years old), I was on a drip for a few weeks just because of food poisoning, this caused both my hands and feet to swell. After discharge from the hospital, the swelling on my hands was gone but not the swelling on the foot and my whole body also had a slight swelling.

One day in August 2014, I stepped on a chair to take a file, when I took the file; I suddenly heard a “crunch” sound on my back. A few days later, I found my lumbar spine to be painful. Since then, if I sat or stood for a bit longer, my lumbar spine will be very painful and my back will be very tired.

Around mid-November 2014, my mother got in touch with Bodhi Meditation through the “Meditation and Health” magazine. Since then my lucky door opened. I often went to PJ (Baoling) Meditation Centre to receive energy blessing and practised “The Meditation of Greater Illumination” and “Energy Bagua” various meditation methods.

In April 2015, I participated in the 8.5 days Bodhi Meditation-Health and Happiness Retreat. It coincided with my menstrual period, during that time, it only lasted seven days. This was the first time that my menstrual period was so short.

In addition, the swelling on my body and feet was also gone; my lumbar was also not painful. I now volunteer at Bodhi Meditation Centre-Front Desk from 9 am to 6 pm, and sometimes even longer, during these 9 to 12 hours, I sat down most of the time and there was no symptom of discomfort in my lumbar area.

In May 2015, I went for a medical check up, the doctor said there was no problem with my lumbar spine and my congenital anemia problem was also gone.

In June 2015, I also participated in the Bodhi Meditation-Chanting Class and coincidentally, it also happened during my menstrual period.

Surprisingly, it only lasted 4 days this time around and even remains so till now. The blood volume also returned to normal, no more blood clots; no more menstrual pain. My limbs are no longer cold and my immunity has improved, no longer easily catch a cold.

My whole body has become stronger, everyone said that I look better, my face looks radiant and rosy; no longer looks pale and dull, and my eyes look more shining and bright.

當我知道了師父將會在6月30日去寶靈禪堂,親自教授大家六字大明咒的消息。我非常的激動,也非常想去參加,但女兒還在發燒,我很放心不下。但是女兒很善解人意,在她的鼓勵下,我抓住了此次千載難逢的機會,不僅跟隨師父誦念六字大明咒,而且還學會了師父教的密法。當孩子不舒服時,在孩子睡著後,把手心對著孩子的頭,距離頭部約30公分,先逆時針慢慢轉36圈,之後再順時針108圈,同時輕輕念誦六字大明咒。

所以我一回到家,就按照師父所教的方法為孩子誦念六字大明咒,並且在旁邊放了一杯乾淨的水。在我誦念的過程中,女兒的眼睛裡有少許的眼淚流了出來。等我誦念完後,就讓女兒把加持過的水喝下。一個小時後發現女兒的精神狀態越來越好,摸了一下女兒的額頭,燒也退了。沒有想到,師父教的這個加持方法效果這麼好,效果這麼快。到現在一個月過去了,孩子沒再發燒過,也不用再吃藥了,每天僅僅是晚上睡8個多小時,白天都能充滿活力。

“从小到大,我的身体都比较虚弱,怕冷,手脚常常是冰冷的。头痛的问题也陪伴我好几年了,但到医院检查却什么问题都查不出来。

因为妈妈的原因,我接触到了菩提禅修,并且被《袈裟》书里的“观世音菩萨显圣”照片所吸引。很神奇的,在看了“观世音菩萨显圣像”后,我的手脚变暖和了,一直到现在我的手脚都是暖暖的。

晚上睡觉时,我下意识地把《袈裟》书放在了枕头下面,却发现第二天头更痛了。第二天晚上我还是把《袈裟》书放在了枕头下面睡觉,醒来后我没有再头痛了,而且一直到现在我的头再也没有痛过了。多年的头痛不药而愈,我太高兴了!”

Her headaches amazingly disappeared with just a copy of the book “Buddhist Robes” or “Jia Sha”.

Ms Wong:
“Since young, my body had been weak. I could not tolerate cold temperatures and my hands and feet were often cold. I had headaches for years. I went to hospitals for check-ups but there was no diagnosis to my problem.

I was introduced to Bodhi Meditation through my mom and I was attracted to the photo of Guanyin Bodhisattva in the book “Buddhist Robes” or “Jia Sha”. It was rather amazing that just by looking at the Guanyin photo, my hands and feet started to warm up until now.

At night, I subconsciously placed the book under my pillow and the next morning, my headache was worse than usual. I did it again on the second night and the headache disappeared! Until now, it seems like it has vanished into thin air. After so many years of headaches, I am indeed grateful and happy!”

What is happiness?
.
This man’s smile is filled with happiness.
.
He is Wen Jin Chuan and he is an excavator driver. He is the sole support of his family with his monthly salary of $3000. His biggest worry as he grew older was the state of his health.
.
Chuan:
At that time, I had difficulties squatting, and I also had trouble climbing steps. I even fell down a couple of times. I was only fifty years old then and I feared how it would be when I am sixty? Would I become totally immobile and confined to the bed?
.
For the past five years, Chuan has tried all possible ways for his legs to get better, but the situation only got worse. He knew very well that if this continued, eventually, he would lose his job and his family would lose their only source of income. That was when he came across Energy Bagua.
.
Chuan:
About six months ago, my brother-in-law invited me to the meditation center. He drove me to the Cheras Meditation Center to take a look. That was the first time I came across Energy Bagua. I remember that was a Sunday morning. I sat on the swing and watched the people walking around a tree. They would change their hands every eight rounds. I wondered what benefit that would bring. Three days later, I asked one of the lady who was there: Will this help me? Walking round and round the tree? To which the lady replied “Yes of course. Do you want to try?”
.
Ning Hang:
The very next day he started the Energy Bagua practice with us. His legs hurt a lot in the beginning. I told him that he has to persevere so as to reap the benefits. About a month after he started practicing with us, he told me that he has not taken his usual injection that help to control the pain in his legs. Normally he had to take the injection every month. I encouraged him to continue with the practice. It has been five months since then and he has not had to take a single injection. Last month he shared with me that he was able to carry a pail of water in each hand and climb the stairs from the first to the fifth floor. His legs did not hurt at all.

Chuan:
About three months after I started practicing, I went for my regular health check up. When I stepped onto the weighing machine, I could not believe my eyes. My weight has gone from 105kg down to 91kg! I was so happy. Not only have I benefited from a full recovery of my legs, I have also benefited by losing so much weight!
.
Grateful for the benefits that he has reaped within such a short period of time, Chuan decided to give back to the Bagua community.
.
Ning Hang:
Due to the rain these past few days, the ground at where we practice has become very muddy. Chuan woke up really early in the morning and brought sand over to lay the ground for us. All our Bagua mates were really grateful to Chuan as without him, it would have been difficult to practice Bagua.
.
Once, his sister came to visit with her family.
Chuan:
I feel so happy and lucky. My change has brought about happiness in my family. We chat and laugh together a lot now. Previously I could not move and could only lie in bed. Not only was my income reduced, my family had to help me with the simplest of things. My temper was bad then and we quarreled a lot. Now, I am able to help them with chores whenever they are not free.

Chuan also recounted the time that his daughter paid him a surprise visit. She even brought a small gift for him. It was a pair of reading glasses which was exactly what he needed. With his new pair of glasses, Chuan can now read all the words in the newspapers clearly.

What is happiness? To me, this is happiness.

以前我的脾氣非常暴躁,生氣起來會想砸東西,因為脾氣不好,讓我的身體出現了很多問題。抽筋,頻尿, 胃脹氣,身體常常處於嚴重疼痛的狀態。

現在的我,不再被疾病與疼痛糾纏,我變得比較理智,也能控制我的脾氣,我如果又生氣了呢,我會離開現場,不會馬上發脾氣。與人交流時,更不會再把心事藏在心裡,可以很自然地與人問安打招呼,我感覺非常好,因為這是我從來沒有發現過的自己,原來我也可以用陽光與朝氣來過生活。

腰椎病是現代人的文明病, 被腰痛折磨的人們,常常在嘗試過各種治療方法無效後,任由疼痛折磨。須翠也有一樣的痛苦經歷,每次只要一打噴嚏或咳嗽,腰椎就會痛得讓他無法走路,不能站立,只能躺著等到痛漸漸緩和。她說那些日子回憶起來,就像生活在地獄之中。

我剛剛步入中年,在2010年的時候,因為工作時常需要加班,加上坐姿不正確,漸漸地,得了嚴重的腰椎間盤突出。只要我一打噴嚏或咳嗽,我的腰椎就會痛得不能走路,需要躺下來休息。我幾乎每三個月,都要跟老闆請病假,腰椎痛嚴重地影響了我的生活。

在2013年9月,我家婆把一本《禪修與健康》的雜誌帶回家,我被裡面的一篇有關腰椎疼痛的文章所吸引。2013年12月,我報名了菩提禪修八天健身班。

在第一次課程裡,我並沒有特別感受到能量,但是卻很喜歡練大光明。回家以後我會回來參與共修,也每天在家繼續修練大光明。非常令我驚訝的是,2014年底,當公司在計算我的病假時,我才發現我一整年都沒有請過病假,腰椎疼痛從此沒再發作。

我把這個好消息告訴妹妹,可是我妹妹卻不感興趣。於是一位師姐教我,在做大光明時把光送給家人,我照做了。終於,今年(2015年)妹妹突然跟我說想參加健身班,而且也受益了。因為我和妹妹的受益,我的父母親也開始學習菩提禪修並且受益了。

非常衷心的感恩師父賦予我能量,讓我不再羞怯,放下面子,而去勇敢的擁抱父母親,讓我們的家庭,變得更加和諧和溫馨。現在,我的妹妹和父母親現在也在禪修受益了。
